Started when the arabs started a war when the Jews BOUGHT (not stole) their rightful land.
Actually by 1937 Zionists had already been under censure for violating the civil rights of Palestinians in violation of the Balfour Agreement since at least 1921 given the 1922 British White Paper came out to do just that. And then the 1939 White Paper disavowed Balfour altogether because the Zionists has already been told twice by that point and still were in violation. That last white paper being threatened to be ratified is why the Irgun and Lehi started committing terrorist acts against British hotels and police garrisons.
