Siddu is one of the most loved dish in Himachal Pradesh, mostly Shimla, Kullu, Manali , Rohru and Mandi. Its a kind of bread made from wheat flour and stuffed with urad dal and some spicy filling....Traditionally it is served with ghee means clarified butter.

When we sprout any grain, after three or four days, skin comes out automatically.
I want you to experiment.
You watch the vedio of making dokhla.
In dokhla recipe, we don't use dough, it's a liquid type, I want you to make liquid dough because during winter, no body wants to put hand in water. Use spoon for stirring.
Use petha recipe to give flavor . Cut in smaller pieces.

You can make sour butter by adding sour green apples , salt and butter or mustard oil.
Fill this inside bread.
