Siddu is a very Famous Traditional Dish in Himachal Pradesh. It's cooked differently in different regions of Himachal. I'm presenting before you a recipe from Upper Shimla region. Try this at your home and share your experience with me. This dish is made during Festive Seasons or some special occasions .Try it with Desi Ghee, but if you're not fond of Desi Ghee then you can also have it with sauce or Chutney as per your taste. I am from Agra UP, I lived in Himachal Pradesh for 3 years during school days...one thing I very much like about Himachal Pradesh is the "dhaam" served at temples over there.. especially the "madra"..I don't know how they make it..but it's one of the most tastiest cuisine I have tried ever..😋

This is the most elaborate recipie of siddu, i checked two before this one, aatey me yeast k sath namak dal rahe they how yeast will activate aur inhone 2 hours k liye khamira uthaya joki baki log 20 mins k liye kah rahe they patience and love this makes food tasty , that's y mom's are best.
