Great review but you should also note in the description somewhere that the sounds are coming through an external output not the built speaker itself as it could confuse some people and be disappointed when they purchase it. Plus the keys make a lot of clattering noise
6:52 fly me to the moon đ
This is much better than the cloth like foldable piano
The lowest note on the piano is a sound that is rarely heard.
Dear Santa....I have been Nice this year
Thank you so much for this review! I'm a 71-year-old beginning pianist, and I'm going to be away from home (traveling internationally) a lot next year, so I'm looking for something that I can easily carry along to practice scales, chords, and so on. The Amazon reviews are pretty bad, but seeing it in action has made me decide to buy one. Of course it has its limitations, but at least that way I won't fall behind and lose all my finger memory. Thanks again!đđ»
I got mine and I love it.
I travel for a living and this is exactly what I need! Thank You for showing this to us!
Definitely a improvement on the roll up piano and actually not bad sounding at all it almost has a vintage sound
Roll-up piano is a.mess product
It sounds vintage because it's using samples from 90s Roland sound CanvasDevices
Just wait until u hear it irl
Really amazing to have 88 keys portable piano. This is realy great and your reviews are really to the point. Great Stuff đ
I've just bought one of these. I cannot wait to start playing around with it.
This is ace!! Christmas present done!
đđthe sound wowww itâs clear and I loved it so much đč
OMG I NEED THIS PIANO NOW!!!! I WANT IT SO I CAN PRACTICE DURING ONLINE CLASSES
Fantastic! Wish I knew of this before buying my Casio. Iâm just starting out and this would have been perfect! Small, easily can put it away and very easily installed (none that I have seen fokd into a box), pretty and cute, good sound, keys not completely flat like other portable pianos, just fantastic!!!
It sounds really useful for practising where there is no room for a 'proper' 88 keyboard ( or even storage for a 61!) I suspect you could use a replacement aftermarket sustain pedal if you also use a 1/4 " female to 1/8" male adaptor!
Great! I Love How The 88 Portable Keyboard Look Like!
I seriously love you, Jeremy.
thanks for the review, i'm considering to getting one!
This is the best review I've found on this particular foldable piano. So useful. Thank you. đ I'm going to buy this. âšđ
Your reviews are awesome especially, how you clarify all the specification of a piano
I'm happy to help!
For portability and sound, this seems pretty good. I think the folding box seems to have greater longevity than the soft rollup keyboards. I am considering getting one. A great review as always! Thanks for reviewing it.
Better tactile response than roll-up.
Thank you for doing this video jeremy.it helped
This is a great recommendation and I found this at perfect timing. Thanks a lot for sharing!
This sounded surprisingly good compared to a lot of other portable boards I've heard
This actually sounds pretty good đ„
This is amazing for travellers ,I've had mini keys , roland Go , but stuck in hotels or friends homes for days & weeks they just don't work. & sounds ok . I've just watched reviews on other sites & all say it's playable , it will never replace a real piano , but for travel it's going to be an essential. How many gigging players fly then wait days for their piano to unpack . I guess handy for open mikes too . I'm sure I'll end up with one , when I start travelling again.
For practice and whacking chords as accompaniment, it sure won't break both my back or my bank. đ
Sounds so cool!
What a surprise with this amazing piano đ
Great review great unboxing video! Thk youuu!
the truth is that it has very good performance, both in sound quality and the number of voices and other aspects, taking into account that it is a portable piano. What has stunned me is that it can be connected to sound software, and it improves the quality a lot. I will be left wanting to try it and have one. đđđ
3 yrs later your video is still relevant. (Best demo so far !). I bought the 49 key for my "cough cough" as WFH solution. To learn & practice piano on-line. Have it setup on a portable projector type stand facing a big screen tv/mini computer/wireless keyboard-mouse pad (Ain't technology great) Has made my WFH situation fun đ. For me the solution for the mini jack, just get a 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter. I also run my BT HD through a cheap BT Tx/Rx solution sometimes. While the speakers aren't the greatest, they'll do for online learning in my case. I preferred this ovr the Alesis 49 (Doesn't have a sustain pedal option) Luv your channel Jeremy đ
Wow i'm really surprised by its size , and its sound isn't that bad actually . Thx for the review đ
Wow that's beautifully engineered!
Kudos to the marvelous engineers
And more towards you Sir for the Demođđ
â€ïž
Thank you my friend.
It sounds pretty darn good for being so lightweight and portable!
I've ordered one can't wait to get my hands on it
Nice little device. This could be really helpful for music theory and harmony classes. Which I had this when I was studying languages at university and my piano remained at my parentsâ home.
Truly. It's incredibly compact for 88 keys with MIDI
Nice video.. Thanks Jeremy
You have come up with such a brilliant and beautiful mix of random pieces of music!!!
Thank you very much!
I'm going to guitar center to get one tonight! I'm very excited and my uncle said he'd give me lessons I'm so excited! My room is very small so I love how I can easily store this!
Have fun!
very impresive!! great for christmas
Looking it wasn't a surprise coz we knew it is a portable foldable keyboard. But listening the sound it was boom wow.. at this tiny assembly.. sound of this level is really surprising and awesome. Loved it
Surprised me too for such a tiny package.
Seems amazing find!!!
The songs you played are so beautiful. So even the piano is a affordable piano one, they are sound very good.
Thank you for your kind compliments.
You are is master blaster in pianos
Excellent demonstration.
Maked all confusions clear.
Very compact easy to manage any circumstances.
đđđđ
Glad it was helpful!
Great! I may go for this as a complete beginner to piano before I upgrade to the Casio CDP-S110!
đđ»....Really a good demo for such a compact piano keyboard...
As someone who played as a kid on what I think was a 61 (or fewer) key snythesizer in school and later couldn't because it broke, I've been wondering if this is good for me to pick back up, more-so casually as a hobby than professionally. For my needs of playing music I like (Classical and Studio Ghibli type japanese music), this seems like the perfect starting point.
Because even if I don't end up being good enough to justify a full Digital Piano, this is a low-cost investment for something that seems pretty good, sturdy and as far as I've heard, sounds good too. Plus, this is perfect for bringing to grandma's house for xmas music..too bad that'll have to be next year!
That is amazing! I'm sold!! They just need a plug for tiny amp!
I just got one of these from Guitar Center and am very impressed with it! No it does not replace my amazing synths I have in my collection, but it does provide a great option when I am songwriting on the go with my laptop and need a full keyboard!! Really cool option for on the go songwriting sessions outside the studio! Well done!
Thanks for sharing!
Great review
Hello Jeremy. Thanks for the review. Very helpful! I've bought a Yamaha keyboard based on your information a few years ago and now I've bought this one!
Did you enjoy this one??
That sounds actually pretty good for its compatibllty and price.
So nice ,sir !
Blackstar. Make a 61 keys (will compensate the additional size of a regular piano keys) and have a regular weighted or atleast touch sensitive piano keys.
Thank you
Amazing bro đđđ
Sounds really goooddd!!
Really cool piano!
Oh my god that really good travel piano i will buy it now ... Thanks for riview đđđ
Thank you Sirđ
I NEED THIS!
That's pretty impressive, thanks.
Awesome product
A very fantastic development in the music industry..
Wowwwwww.... It is really blown my mind
Wow it's good. Now i can play were ever i want
Glad found ur channel đ
woahhh, it sounds pretty good.
I'm really glad you did a review on this folding keyboard. I came across one of these and wondered what it sounded like. Because the RA has spread to three more fingers on my left, the mini keys on my PSS-A50 are too small for my hands now. I'm in learning mode, so I like to take something with me. Thanks for doing a review on this. It's definitely compact..
Yup it's truly compact for 88 keys. Some compromises but it's to be expected. Yes, RA and trigger finger are issues for a number of m students - I teach many retirees - we have to manage it.
I just bought one today!
That concept is AMAZING!!
But I prefer Console Pianos Better...
That's cause they ARE better....
Amazing video!
Waiting for CME to come up with a foldable Xkey61 Xkey88 with velocity sensitive keys. :)
While it may not satisfy a true pianist, for anyone has only experienced typing on a computer keyboard and wants to use it to compose on the computer, the computer keyboard type keys could actually make it an easier transition. I love weighted, touch sensitive keys myself but for my son who knows no difference & who is a computer geek, It could really suit him.
It's pretty good if one has portability as main concern but the feel of a real piano that yamaha, roland, casio, etc mimic (obviously not portable) is the deal for me including several other factors like velocity sensitivity etc.
Anyways good content man.
Yup! It's always a compromise between price, portability and features.
Best for Nomad pianist and musicians alike
I love my casio cts1 but the winner sound reamplifying in a p.a. system is my carry on fp 49 foldable piano. True.
Fantastic realy amazingđđ€đđđđđ€đ€
My dream comes true đ tq đ
The basic 128 sounds General Midi good old days.
Thanks for the review Jeremy! :D I was wondering how the keys feel compared to a CME X-Key or Yamaha PSS-50A / alternative models without touch sensitivity? Thank you for all your videos as always!
I travel so this would be perfect to take with me.

Trust I have seen many ads of simply piano and almost all are fake and often tricking is to buy it.
A carry on folding piano! Wow. Perfect for playing music on the go. âș
Yes, thanks
@@JeremySee How much cost brođ
@@Johnjohn-bj5iu less than $100 right now
Very nice piano.
easy enough to upgrade to a 1/4inch jack from a 3.5mm or vice versa. adaptors are common place to purchase in all electronic stores.
Yes this one pls
Awesome
I think im going to buy one.
There is a new version, the CarryOn 88 touch, it has sensitive keys, which is very important for piano performance.
Oh hope there'll be an updated review!
I love it
To be honest.. I prefer the Casio CT-S200 for a portable keyboard because the keys are not very flat not like the foldable keyboard. And it can be powered through batteries or through it's power adaptor, and doesn't have a internal battery that could overcharge some time not like the foldable keyboard..
But still.. it's only 61 keys and the foldable keyboard has 88 keys so.. they still both have their own pros and cons
Hey Jeremy! Too bad I donât have any social media such as FB and Insta! Hahaha! If thereâs a good reason for me to use it, itâs more for praise and worship in a mini prayer group setting or just for carolling especially now that only 8 can gather and when a guitarist isnât available! With this portable piano, no excuse for any student not to practice.
Thanks for this video! Itâs informative!
Good video â€ïžâ€ïž
Thank you for this review! It made me change my mind...I saved enough money and was planning to buy the roll up one(a bit cheaper than this) but I'm switching to saving my salary to buy this one instead of the silicon-type pianođ Thanks for sharing this!đđ God bless you!
Good luck and have fun!
It's amazing đ..... Can I connect it to the amplifier ?
That is beyond cool! Definitely could keep up practice anywhere with it.
Nice one..
Got it today and was fairly surprised by the build quality at such a price but unfortunately, none of the keys were working so now I'm preparing to return. Shouldn't have expected too much from a Chinese product.
I think, there's a converter from mini jack to a big one. (For small pedal input)
Good vidéo, as usually. Which speakers 200/300$ for keyboards please Jeremy ?
