And thank you Pete for documenting him!

THANK U PETE FOR TAKING US TO JIMS PLACE...YES HES REALLY GOT A SUPER 👌 GARDEN N HARVEST TOO IN TIME TO COME..VERY NEAT N WELL PLANNED TOO.
WHY?? IM.FROM.FAR EAST..
I let the nasturtium sprout through my garden bed because the cabbage white caterpillars love it more than my cabbages, broccoli and Cauliflower! I just have to make sure it doesn’t get out of control. But the cabbage white caterpillars seem to go through phases of what they prefer. For a couple of months before Christmas, it was my cabbages I found some on. Then suddenly it was the broccoli they loved and they didn’t touch anything else except the nasturtium. Then it was the Cauliflower and the cabbages and broccoli were untouched. But if the nasturtiums weren’t there, they probably would have decimated everything! As it is, it is just a little bit of damage to leaves I probably wouldn’t have rated anyway.
Jim is one amazing market gardener, I always enjoy your visits with him. He is such an inspiration to this backyard gardener. Thanks for another great video!
Thanks for watching!
Wow, Jim’s place is looking great.
A week after New Years? I need to get started
These garden tours are helpful to show what can be done and how it can be done. One thing is for certain there is always so much work that you are never done but at least that translates into job security which helps provide food security.
so nice awesome superb excellent thanks for sharing
Love jim
Always a pleasure to watch Jim get DOWN BAYBEE 🔥🔥🔥
So jealous of such an abundant winter garden.

Heyyyyy Jim. I’m building my front yard raised beds tomorrow.
Awesome!
Come on Jim, are you calling the nasturtiums weeds? :)) They are very beneficial in any garden. And they taste great! How about adding them in one of the salad mixes or mustard greens mixes?
Love you, brothers ! Keep rolling !
can not wait for four weeks to see the progress.
Absolutely beautiful..such dedication!
True inspiration. Beauty makes me forget edibility/practicality.
I am just so amazed at this garden.

I like to follow his journey of pushing fertility. Could you guys talk more about that in the videos, the journey, the process, the thoughts, the experiments, the expectations? AEA Talks a lot about plant genetics that we already have in heirloom seeds and fertility and that we are no where close also. I would like to hear more about that in the 4 week visit if possible
Jim is such a positive and inspirational gardener. He should do garden voiceovers as he has such a pleasant voice too :)
Jim is The Shiznit
The only thing I like about winter is the fact that Jim goes back to Florida to work on this garden

Hey! Just found your channel. So glad CZcams recommended it!
I wish Jim had a YT channel, would love to follow him as he builds his gardens.
That's what we're here for 😊
I eat the nasturtiums, the flowers are great in salads or just alone! They taste like radishes. 😊
Snowing and cold in Northern Maine looking forward to early May plantings this 2022 season. Love your inspiration guys. Thank You!!

Incredible!
Pretty awesome garden! Love it.
Wow! Blessings Abound!
Thank You. Jim's energy and skill is so inspiring.
His garden keeps getting more beautiful every year. There’s lots of winter greens he could plant in Maine mache,Claytonia, kales, winter lettuce. I put another layer of plastic over pvc hoops in my greenhouse to grow the greens.
beautiful, beautiful
On the extra nasturtiums - I added some - flowers and leaves, chopped - to the celery/bell pepper ferment I made this past fall. It was great ! My 1st time making a basic, veggie ferment that wasn't sauerkraut. Adding sliced up radishes to this when packing some in my husband's lunchbox, was also great. Even in just those few hours, they pickled some and he loved em. I barely had any nasturtiums in there, this was made in late fall from 1 lil plant I had going in a pot still, I'd add way more next time. Maybe harvest just bunches of nasturtiums for sale, put on the tag their uses : salads, ferments, wraps etc. .. ?
beautiful garden
Always enjoy jim .love his calm attitude. Great inspiration to get busy.

Wow! I'm almost speechless! January middle of winter, and yeah we're having a warm one finally. Jim Kovaleski!!
Hey hey I discovered those glowing eyes on the spiders too with my flashlight (FUN time identifying where animals are hiding out and watching! Saw a bear in the bushes that way.)
That warmth is gone!
@@PeteKanarisGreenDreamsFL Yeah so I noticed! A LOT of my ornamentals are 'root hardy' and look like **** now. In the process of cutting most down to 2 inches. Chop and drop.
