Hello, My door lock have 2 white wires, can’t distinguish between positive nd negative, what should i do? Also if my lock coil or 12v power supply for lock gets damaged, will it damage my intercom or poe switch?
Depends on the Lock. Electric Rim Locks from Yale Don't have any polarity. Magnetic Locks Comes with + and -. Check the manual of Lock before connecting. You can give 12V DC for Locks. No issues.

Follow the below steps. 1. Configure the second screen as an extension and assign the first screen IP address as the main indoor station. 2. Configure the second outdoor as an extension (from ivms-4200) and assign the main outdoor IP at linked network settings. 3. From the main indoor station assign the main outdoor station IP address.
The option for input output port is not coming in ivms 4200

If connecting one lock, then does the wire need to be from N01 and COM to the Door Lock? and Programme the Software to 1second?
