No problem at all and thank you for sharing that. I do try to cover all three of the Fallout games (3, NV and 4). And hope one day I may even look at the classics.
You can get all the skills maxed at 100 without taking educated or comprehension pretty easily, as long as you start the game with 9 intelligence and pick up the bobblehead at level two. You can pick up either one of these perks if you don't have the Broken Steel DLC since being able to reach level 30 makes it very easy to max out the skills without these perks. And taking both of these perks would therefore be pretty dumb.
Without the DLC taking the perks is a good idea as it would be tough getting all skills to 100 without the additional level ups. But if you have the DLC's then you can save yourself some time without having the look for books and taking the perks as they still help. That said, I don't think it's dumb as this pretty much depends on one's playstyle.
Thanks so much Cat for making it to the Premier session and for taking time out of your day to chatting with me. And also thanks so much for checking out my content and for your support.
No problem at all, more than happy to help. I am hoping to make more content around tiers also going forward. For the moment just shifting my attention to the next gen update in Fallout 4.
I probably would have put Quantum Chemist higher, especially if you have all 3 Nuka Grenade blueprints, means being able to make even more of the best grenade in the game.
@@TrappedInFallout Easy mistake to make. For FO3, having blueprints (shematics?) for the Nuka Grenade gives you the same number of Nuka Grenades. So, 1 for 1, 2 for 2, and 3 for 3. I always abused the workbench weapons for caps, except for the Nuka Grenade, which I abused for damage.
I think so too. I have been focusing so much on Fallout 4 that 3 and NV have been left a little sidelined. I promise to start looking at NV and 3 starting from this week.
I found a glitch that I haven’t seen any videos on except you have mentioned it briefly but it is a really cool glitch and I think it deserves its own video so so in the beginning of the game after you leave the vault and you get to choose your perks you want to choose little leaguer and then press back and re assign the the points from explosives to any other stat and the you press continue and choose swift learner and you go back again and youll see that ur explosives went back up even though you already te assigned those points and then you repeat that until you can’t re assign the perks and then you can still do it to max out explosives and melee weapons and I think that’s a pretty cool glitch that you can do at level 2 and I think you should try and experiment with it and see if what I’m saying is correct or if you can still re assign the perks and max out every stat
Thanks for your suggestion. Reading you comment I do think that I did cover that glitch. Here is a direct link to the guide: czcams.com/video/AS2b0VWc660/video.html
It's a good shout. Currently I am going through as many exploit videos as I can before the update comes out but I can look to make one sometime after the update for sure.
@@TrappedInFallout when nex gen will be released make character special points glitch for new version asap, because that's the only glitch I'm interested in game and will be looking for it when nex gen update released
@DRAGON-tx4ry I am going to try my best. I have some thoughts and not a lot of time. This is going to be an interesting one. I have a feeling a fair few glitches will be fixed for sure.
Wow thank you so so much for your lovely support. It's not something that you had to do but you did it anyway, really thank you so much. I truly appreciate it.
Ha ha thanks, yeah. I'm not much of an 'play online games' sort of person but I do love reading and replying to my comments so that's probably the best way to keep in touch for sure.

I just got Metal Blaster on my Energy Weapon playthrough, and Finess with 10 Luck absolutely destroys everything
Its crazy how combing just a couple of select perks can make your character OP so quickly. I love combining the VATs based perks.
Love the channel! You should do video on the most interesting unmarked locations in fallout 3/ new vegas
That's a great idea. I actually do have that listed in my future content idea list and will at some point make some content around it for sure.
Love your work on all of the Fallout games. Keep up the great work! 👏👏👏👍👍✌️🤙😎

Not a bad idea at all. They said I usually spam them endlessly using the old Ammo Swap glitch. I basically have an endless supply of the grenades.
@@TrappedInFallout There's an ammo swap glitch in Fallout 3? I thought that was New Vegas.
@Craxin01 Ah, I definitely mixed my games up there - my bad. I'm currently replying to some of my video comments and jumping between 3, NV and 4.

You can also do a similar thing with the daddy’s boy perk
Never mind it’s not permanent after you look at it In the pip boy a second time it goes back to how it’s supposed to be

Robotic experts its works when using the chinese stealth armor....most of time dont need to shoot. Its a fun perks for stealth players.
Robotic expert is a cool perk for sure as it effectively helps to almost rule out one type of enemy.
