@@floridaprosoftwashllc.3416 If your talking about the chimney wash, it is a 12 volt system with a Remco 5.3 pump. My pressure washer is a Honda GX690 with a General 8 GPM pump.
Hey Fresh, great stuff! How do you protect unfinished wood from housewash mix, like that in the front porch columns and shutters? Do you pre-wet the wood and rinse it really good afterwards, or is housewash mix so light that it doesn't really do any damage to wood like that? Thanks!
Maybe in the future if you come across a property that doesn’t need cleaning to begin with this problem could of been avoided in the first place. “ hey I’m at the property and it’s already in pristine condition are you sure you want me to wash this property?” People over profits comes to mind.
@@thechardestyiv That’s never a bad idea. The thing is, I sent a pic of his house (so I thought) and he confirmed. Just… weird. Thank you for your spirit.
Hey brother, when I do remote estimates, I’ll schedule the wash and then when I get there, I normally take a picture of the front of the house and send it to the homeowner just to make sure I’m at the right house.
I have gone to the wrong house on multiple occasions to do an estimate in person bc they are numbered the same across the street from each other (7 & 7, 143 & 143, 1167 & 1167) should I have sent a bill to the Post Office or the Township? Came close to washing one wrong, parked, setup, started the machine and someone says what are you doing at my house? 😳
I’d let it ride , laugh about it later. Yes he sent you to wrong house, but I would have to own I didn’t verify. Hope he was happy with chimney. Also if free wash got your info they are likely to call you in future.

And to address the other matter, of should you be paid for the wash of the wrong house, yes! It was not your mistake. It was his. You have costs that must be paid for. I realise you have wriggle room in that respect, & that you could easily absorb it, & forget about it. Why should you? Try telling the server at KFC, while their putting your order together, "while your there, chuck in 6 nuggets". They wont do it out of the goodness of their hearts.
