From when you guys used the JB Weld as DIY cylinder sleeves., how is it holding up so far today? Is it still in the block, are you guys still running that motor without problems?
Someone should make a long flexable honing tool with a snake camera so you don't have to cut open your intake and you can see what material needs removed. Honing tips for porting and tips for polishing. Similar to a ball honing for cylinders. Make it able to snake through turbo Plumbing also to remove and polish the slag from inside welding points.
You won't see 9 seconds ever on a all motor civic, that's sportsbike acelaration ffs Lol. When these cars are down to a shell with stock internal mods and gear box mods they can make a strong 12 second car. To run strong tens and get into the nines is delusion with no forced induction supercharger or turbocharger.

Removing the sound deadening Tar. Once you freeze it, you can hit it will a hammer and it will just break off
