- Exploring the christmas market in the new centre in Selfoss Iceland. The new centre brings back 35 historic buildings that were previously damaged by fire or had fallen into disrepair. These are being reconstructed to form a unique cultural centre. The new Selfoss Centre will host shops, restaurants, hotels and cultural activities of different kinds. Located less than an hour drive from Reykjavík, it's also close to Iceland’s major nature attractions in the south.

Impressive to think that all this is brand new construction. Selfoss center is what arcitecture is all about. Making beautiful places people actually want to be in and also reflecting the history and culture of said region.
I prefer it to what is happening in downtown Reykjavík

Please help me out on this. I don't live in a snowy region of the world. I want to ask, is snow slippery when it falls to the ground?
It depends. Fresh snow is usually not slippery. But if ot falls one ice or gets wet and freezes it can be slippery and dangerous.
what is the temperature over there this time of the year?
Pretty cold these days swinging between -5 to 2 degrees celcius
