Nice! Thank you. Just finished chemo and now I see the doctor in August. Please pray for good news. I have watched you for about 4 years now. Thank you for what you do!!
@@d46512 I feel so much sadness too! There’s almost a life to these old homes.. even the big beautiful trees and plants that have been there for decades. I imagine the kids who took their first steps.. rode their first bikes.. all the Christmas’s celebrated.. all those memories are all that’s left! They can never drive by with their own families and show their kids where they grew up 😢💔
Def enjoyed this! Thank you for Not showing the "girlie" mags in the first house! The only thing that's missing is Why (?!) were the people "forced" out of these homes?????
I remember seeing this house several months ago. I the basement, you could see a huge cat scratching post house. On this video, you could see litter boxes scattered here and there. If you go through the bar, there is a long narrow room loaded with cat feces. Also, in the back yard there was a green house/ sun room type area attached to the house that had layers of cat feces. Sad. Great video. Thanks.
Ethan a nice video. The 2 house was a lost cause. The last house was a forest lawn. It is too bad that they leave everything is left trashed. Be careful, but thanks for your bravery.😊
It's funny how you can always tell if the people who lived there were clean or not. Even under the decay and junk, it's easy to see if they were good housekeepers or slobs.
I think you've been in this place before, Ethan! I remember the brick basement with the curved archways. Seems like the previous owner had a lot of indoor/outdoor cats.
Don't be so hard on yourself...just keep filming what ever you want. Many times I actually wish you would show much more...especially HVAC and ELEC. Your awesome buddy. Thanks and take care and be safe. 🤗
That laundry up stairs was crazy to me, in Australia ours is always towards back of house with a door going out side so we can get to the clothes line.
In the US, every house used to have a clothesline. Now you hardly ever see one. Everyone uses a dryer. I'm in my 60s, and my mom used to hang clothes on the line. They smelled so fresh!
You are fun Ethan! I loved your ventures today. Did you feel welcomed by the “girls”-the arachnids and the adult magazine models! I always love and appreciate your sensitivities. Peace ☮️ out!
I am a fan. I love urbex and decay. Admittedly I’m somewhat addicted. This was a great exploration. Such diverse homes. Gotta wonder why they are abandoned. Thank you for sharing.
Hey Ethan! Sorry about my previous comment about Instagram on your previous video because I’ve commented on your Instagram post before but I was only wondering no big deal🤗 So anyways I still love enjoy your videos you post out I love viewing your explorations of abandoned houses so neat and very fun to see time capsules also❤
Thank you Ethan for the explore. First house, Do you know why were these people forced to leave? Probably not because of their magazine choices. 😆. Strange assortment of stuff in this place. Second house, small and really dated. That wet, sagging ceiling really scarey. Third house, wow that ceiling is low. Love the blue kitchen. Last house, decent kitchen. Colorful bedrooms. I really think all 4 are beyond repair. Shame. You take care and stay healthy. Love your format. It does feel like we are all looking at them together, at the same time. Thanks again and blessings to you. 🤗🤗
This was a sad group of houses. First one seems like it would have been nice. The second would have been cute once but the waterlogged ceiling seem like it could come down at any second. The third was a health hazard that I vaguely remember seeing the basement of and the fourth would have been a cute little place. What powerful developer forced these people out of their homes and upended their lives. I’d be interested to see what monstrosity is constructed there. Sad to see premature ruination any time. Please be careful around the hazards; the ticks and poisonous plants and asbestos and such. Take care be well and stay safe Ethan and thanks for sharing.
I would NOT have left those TOY TRUCKS behind ….. I believe they are NOW made out of plastic 😒sure would have liked to know WHY they and others were FORCED OUT ! I can only assume they were paid VERY WELL seeing all the items left behind … I do know this can happen when a banks THROWS people out because someone is months behind paying there mortgages and they only have minutes to grab their most important belongings
Hi Ethan, Your work you do here is exploring, and you do your format as it should be, because that’s what an explore is. It’s the map of previously occupied places, that show some more than others even how many lives some places had. And sometimes there’s reasonable cause for some homes to get vacated, issues may vary. But for land development, As far as the market for homes in certain areas could just be attended and put back in sales or rent, as some bald areas could be used more for engaging new projects. But sometimes they don’t have enough reason for ousting residents. The first one may have had issues in one way. The others could’ve probably been redone at some point. But always, You’re always doing the “Indiana Jones” 👍💖❣️Spiders 🕷and all Yeah✅
I do prefer the unedited versions myself, it is always an exciting adventure, feeling like we are right there with you from the beginning all the through. Each of these homes, did have some cool retro elements to them, even though the were almost all in awful condition. I agree, the last one, was nicer, being in better condition. It looks as if they were all very nice homes before. 🤟✌️
Yes Ethan, 100%, you have done that third house before. The minute you said it smelled like cat pee, and then showed the bar down stairs. I remember this one being the cat house…lol Looks worse then before, and probably smells worse i can imagine. 🤢 I’ll take you word for it though. 😂 Thanks for another great explore Ethan.
I like how you do your videos. Like someone said I want to pretend I am with you. It is a lot cheaper to do it this way. I don't have to worry about getting a passport or paying for the airfare.😊
Third house is the best. 2nd house was a bit boring and wondering if that was the cat owners gross house. Eww! Ethan, disgusting. Be safe Ethan.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice! Thank you. Just finished chemo and now I see the doctor in August. Please pray for good news. I have watched you for about 4 years now. Thank you for what you do!!
I’m praying for you. God bless you and yours❤
I will pray for God to heal u. In Jesus mighty name.
I will pray for you 🙏
Cool neighborhood Ethan. Thanks for sharing with us.👍🆒🏠
More prayers for you.
It always makes me sad to see childrens toys left behind. 😢
By what authority in this country can a person be evicted from the home he owns?
Maybe Canada laws are different than USA
Eminent domain BS? I’ve seen this happen to build wearhouses
@@Jennifermcintyre so sad when modest family houses are taken from their owners and bulldozed.
@@reneeg4817 we do. I’m in Toronto area, following Ethan for last 2 years as he’s documented our real estate crisis.

As soon as you walked into the cat house, I knew it was THE cat house you recorded before!
Noah did it, too 👍 love you both
These are awful, making people move out of these was blessing
say that to the families who were forced out of what they knew as home.
@@ethanminnieYes, that's what I don't understand somebody listening to her. But they were forced out, why were they forced out?
@@ethanminnie can you please explain why they were forced out of their homes?
The first place having 2 apts probably allowed the owners a free place to live plus a little extra. Nice!
The third house was a Cat Hoarders house. I remember you doing that one. Because of the basement.
Hi Ethan!❤ I don’t want you to cut it, I want it original like I’m going with you!
I like the hold thing when explore theses houses because you let us see the hold house so I enjoy what you do🙂
It make’s me angry & sad when people are forced to move! But still a cool video bro! ❤️🤘👍
Thank you Ethan for another look at 4 homes tours. They must be building something bigger to force theses people out of there homes.

Ugh that tall grass!! Ticks haven!! Great explore Ethan!!!😊😊😊
Why were the people forced out ??
I want to know as well, don’t say forced out without telling us
Why were they made to leave?
I had to move out of my home because of a new highway being built. My house was in the way.
That playboy magazine may be worth some $. That was Dorothy Straten on the cover. She was murdered by her husband.

Wow Ethan too much junk 😮
The first house was in better shape then the rest watch out for snakes and poison ivy and poison oak.
Why were these people forced to leave their neighborhood?
#Ethan Minnie... why would some houses people had to leave while others got to stay in there house.

Why did they have to leave? Was the area polluted? Toxic in some way?
I wouldn’t think that would be the case since the house behind the 1st one was still occupied ( I’m assuming legally )
too much shit, they were hoarders
Why were they forced to move?
