I see some 80's updates but I sincerely belive this house is decades older, possibly as far back as the 50's (some light fixtures, curved plasterwork in the upstairs ceiling and roof sheating boards visible in the attic, 13:09. By the 70s, plywood was being used. Thanks for the tour Ontario! 👍🤠 Note: 17:19 I know my way around plumbing and faucets, this is a real technical feat, purposely done and I don't know how or why. Perhaps too cheap to buy a shower faucet. It reminds me of the old television show "Green Acres". Their telephone was at the top of a telephone pole that Oliver or Lisa Douglas had to climb to answer or make a call, Oliver, he fell off a few times. 😁

Very nice big house and land, that needs alot of work and restored. I thank the reason the lights is lefted on is someone or a realtor is trying to sell this house , maybe someone can get a good deal on the house and restore it, and fix the house, and alot of work to do on the land.
And I'm just saying do you ever think about people suing you for trespassing on their property what if somebody still living in there and you walked in there and you get shot I'm just saying
Can you IMAGINE someone taking a "DUMP" like that?! That is BEYOND GROSS!!!! I mean, like something a Serial Killer or Pedo would do!!!! You know, SOMETHING SUB HUMAN!!!! And yeah, it's kindof an ODD HOUSE. Why would they put a Bathroom RIGHT THERE AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS?! WEIRD!!!!
I could only watch halfway before your sporadic fast movements made me sick and I couldn't watch anymore. Plus it's like everything was too zoomed in. 🤢 🤮
You ever go into somebody's house trespassing and somebody see one of your videos and then I sue you for being in their house I understand big Victorian homes and stuff and castles and big mansions and everything this is somebody's personal home which they're all somebody's personal homes but if I saw somebody walking through something that I shut up and I walked away from but I still owned it I would sue somebody for trespass I like to watch these videos too but this one's a little more personal

Ya you guys might be right. All the windows say 1980 but they could have been replaced.
The only bathroom before you go upstairs was in he master bedroom? I wouldn't like that. I really like the fireplace, too. That's a centipede.

How is the electricity still on? You miss by 2 days here in Florida they send a guy to let you know it's being shut off, water too. Crazy
Obviously the developer that owns it is paying the bills.
