Wall squats

  • The test is aimed at muscles of lower limbs. It is recommended to fit individuals who passed the limit of repetitions in a chair squats test. We only need a wall and a stop watch.
    We start from a stand with legs apart, with back leaning against a wall. We start squatting slowly until we reach an angle of 90°at knees. At this moment we lift one foot slightly above the floor and we start to measure time. You should avoid using your hands to support yourself either against the wall or knees. Another mistake is not holding the 90°angle at knees. The measurement is finished when we change a position or we make a mistake in the performance. After a short break we take the test for the other leg. The result is measured in seconds.
