Wineberry Jelly!

With the Rod Ridge Farm foraging, we got plenty of wineberries. These are supposed to make delicious wine, but we make jelly. This jelly is sweet with just the perfect amount of tang. It is really good. We make as much as we can so we have enough to get us through until the next season. #selfsufficient #homesteading #berries #jelly #canningandpreserving
