Canning raw pack chicken meat!

One of the goals at Rod Ridge Farm is to grow our own meat! We butchered some of the meat birds. I wanted to can some of the chicken to save on freezer space. I left the bone in because it is easier. The meat is done and will come right off the bone when I go to use it! #selfsufficient #homesteading #canningandpreserving #farmtotable #canningchicken
