- A few months have passed since the FRC 'Enhanced' Route release for Train Sim Classic and ofcourse High Iron Simulations couldn't resist to release a pack including not only expected uninspiring scenarios but also 2 locomotives - are they just reskins of the same?

I am waiting for this route to come on sale since I was born in Quincy in 1985 and lived in portola for a time this route has a splendidly place in my heart
I so badly want an n scale 44 tonner in the Quincy livery. Very slick.
Growing up near the WP mainline from 1965 until the early 80's I see so many errors and inconsistencies with this.
First off, the Fab 4 very rarely if ever ventured north of Stockton California. They ran mainly between Stockton and San Jose.
The orange nose paint scheme did not come about until the late 70's and early 80's and by then the original orange and silver paint was long gone! You started seeing a lot of UP units and cabooses then several years before the merger.
It makes me sad as one who was lucky enough to see the transitions thru the years including being able and blessed to see the "Silver Lady"- the California Zephyr rolling in and out of Stockton on a regular basis.
Having read the title of the video, I thought it was about a free-ware update of the route...
I would have possibly considered this pack if it had some Schnauzah Pacific liveries
I know you don’t care about the scenarios, but as a general indicator of their quality the consist in the “BN 138” scenario is the exact same consist as the one in the “Climbing the Canyon” scenario included in the base route, with some autoracks removed. It’s incredibly pathetic that this is the effort put into payware scenarios when I regularly spend an hour making a single manifest for freeware ones.
I don't know how or why people waste money on these packs. You can literally make all of these scenarios yourself and BETTER
Honestly. I bought it to check out the GP35, but we all know how that went so I refunded. But, somehow, HIS’ scenario packs have made 6 digits according to Gary himself…

I am waiting for DSGDDR to release the UP type 4-12-2, other than that, I just run the Strasburg and Cass railroad lines in Trainz, unless someone comes out with a good scale route of Strasburg for TSC
This route is amazing.
This is what I so miss about Sean placing Locomotives on the Chopping Block one of my many reasons why I hold your videos higher than others are because you give a shit about content and pricing as where the Fanboys have No clue. Actually Sean the reason 😂🤣😂🤣 Humor Joke if you know you know.

@@YukariAkiyamaTanks you have to edit the bin file. For whatever reason HIS thought itd be a good idea to remove the easily ability to change the old horrid skybox with their last few route releases
I usually just avoid a lot of the north american TSc content nowadays as the quality is just mediocre and always feels 2010ish. It's a pity as there's routes and rollingstock that could've been excellent.
