I only uploaded the 2:19 recently, but then this happened lol, this is prettymuch exactly the time I was hoping for, yet I still died 3 times in this run somehow. This means that obviously 2:17 is possible, but a few things happened here that would need to be repeatable for a 2:17 to be reasonable, like the buildings falling so fast on cordis die, apparently no one knows why that happened.
Idk what's next, prettymuch just waiting for mw2 2 2022 at this point.

Sometimes I wonder how does he know that it is a "world record"..
But then remember that breaking his own record is the way!
The real answer is that we go by what runs are verified on the leaderboards, and if you don't have proof then it doesn't count. It's impossible to account for what some random person might have done without recording anything.

I am gonna say this bout 20 mins in, the whole thing we liked rdr2 and clear house mission in mw2019 is because it was realistic, slow, we got immersed. Speedrunners usually dont like slow because their whole thing is goin as fast as humanely possible. I 100% both games because I enjoyed the slow realistic stuff

I am totally capable of turning off the "speedrunner mode" and playing games and enjoying them casually, but when it gets that slow it bothers me, and always has since before I did speedruns lol.
As a comparison, I greatly enjoyed the newest god of war game, I took my time exploring, collecting, and crafting, but I wasn't ever artifically slowed to a painful pace. I think it also matters that for me personally the story has to be good enough to really earn my interest and not count as just wasting my time with cutscenes, and that is pretty hard to do.

You know I find it a little bit faster killing them when your on the truck in the beginning I’ve tried speed running this one one Xbox xs I almost got the wrld record but as bad as my internet is it won’t work that well
No way you’re playing these legendary campaigns 😁. A lot of people didn’t like this campaign but it was good for me, I do remember when I was young I loaded the first couple seconds and I instantly didn’t like it because of the camera shaking
All treyarch games have way too much camera shake lol. And yeah honestly this is the worst cod campaign imo, this was the first campaign that I didn't complete back in the day, and was the last one I completed, and I only did it because of the speedrun. So much of it is just not fun lol, and just so much cutscene. Despite being one of the longest games, it has near the least amount of gameplay.

@@Alex01610 The overuse of camera shake is one small part of what makes me dislike treyarch games, this one for a variety of other reasons is probably the worst treyach game to speedrun, which also means it's the worst cod to speedrun lol.

This game has so much cool stuff but the forced cutscenes ruin the gameplay. Literally every mission is at-least 5 mins in the beginning of not actually playing the game.
