    40:00 CPD. I recently started this. Its not a part of our medical career ...hasn't been, but it is becoming a 'thing' and i want to believe that there is an excitement to going to a course, program, conference thts tou will meet other like-minded persons, a little more information. It certainly gave me confidence on top of what i already knew as baseline. I imagkne that your team will probably be dynamically changing because oc thd reality of like...people will come and go for various reasons
