Hi Everyone,
We hope you enjoyed our video! Which small travel trailer with TWIN beds did you like best? Do you prefer a small or larger travel trailer? Please say hello by leaving a comment below and sharing you opinion about these RVs!
We have the Rockwood 15TB but would love to upgrade to the Winnebago 2108TB. In either case, the stoves are way too large and a front/back two burner would be perfect!
@@smontz1 hoping all manufacturers begin to redesign their kitchen layout with a front/back burner!
I don’t use three burners on my home stove! I agree that the extra room would be an advantage
Same here! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Same here. Rare to have 2 burners going at once.
Two burners for sure especially in such limited space. Counter top space is way more important than that many burners.
Thank you! Let's hope they change these out soon! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I agree, a 2 burner stove would be better for such a small countertop space, even with the extensions.
Sure hope they all begin to do some kitchen redesigns! Thanks Kevin!
OVR is pretty amazing…
Loved the inTech Expedition! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I love the bunk beds. I'd prefer 2 burners and more counter space. I almost never use more then 2 burners at the same time, even in my home. I prefer trailers without slides, so I really like the last trailer the most with the dinette in the back and the bedroom at the front.
Agree about the burners and the inTech Expedition! What a super cool travel trailer! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
❤ the OVR!! 2 burners tho. More counter space the better... Woot!
Agree! 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Hey Mike and Susan!! Ya know the last one is pretty neat. I think I like it best. Thanks for the video you two!
❤️💜💚
The inTech Expedition is a pretty cool floor plan! Thank you @pdmullgirl! We appreciate your support!
I like the 2nd camper, but I like the 2 burner stove
The Winnebago 2108TB is a great floor plan for sure, love the dry bath! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I don't need any burners, would prefer counterspace. The last travel trailer was absolutely beautiful! 😊
So good to hear from you!!! We try to do most of our cooking outside too. Loved the inTech Expedition ❤️ Thanks for your support Britt!
Two burners is all these need. I love the last trailer it is clean and modern looking. I would not need all that couch space would rather it was storage of some sort.
Loved the inTech Expedition, but I agree it needs more storage space! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I have a 4 burner stove at home, I rarely use 3 burners, 2 at most. I prefer plain microwaves, a hotpot is far more useful with a single induction hob that can be stowed away.
I'm with you, more than 2 is too many. I also like the induction burner option that can stowed away. Doesn't need to take up space if not in use. Thanks Alison!
I have another idea about all these travel trailers. Why have a stove at all, why not a Double Induction Cooktop 2 Burner that you pull out of a drawer and plug in? That is the way I would go. They even make them propane if you wanted to go that way and then you could use the counter more.
I think that is a great idea! Would provide so much more counter space! Thanks for that tip! And thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
The geo pro is the one for me it's small but potent
@@RVBloggerI like everything on voltege
I like that winnebago micro it's perfect for me
Put a q2 volt fridge in it that's the only thing I don't like about the winnebago is the propane fridge it if it was poltergeist would be worth more
That last one is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! I LOVE the rounded windows, color scheme is nice than average, interior lighting in the cubby hokes, the huge overhead skylight in the bedroom, ample storage, n wet bath - (although I found it curious why they put the shower hose on the same side as the toilet instead of opposite it.... that would seem a bit awkward to maneuver.) I agree a vertical lineup with a 2 burner stove is better for more counter space.
So glad you liked the inTech OVR Expedition! We loved the unique floor plan and interior design as well. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
i agree. plus as 3 disabled persons traveling together we all sit on the toilet while showering, its the reasonable shower stool. awww the interior lighting in the cubbies and baseboards seems like an easy retrofit but i loved that they put them in. would like to see a pet area ( service dog and 2 cats, hahahaha ). but many folks nowadays travel with a dog. maybe something that would work for both safely transporting kids and pets ? as a milti use space?
I would definitely go with the two burner stove and have more counter space.
Same here! 🙋♀️ Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
My pick is the intech. Love the open floor plan and, especially, the large window above the beds. Stargazing myself to sleep! Well, until the sun rises! Another large plus is the air conditioner setup. I wish it was a dry bath but for a wet bath it's pretty good. Very impressed by the outside grill area. This one has me seriously thinking.
We fell in love with this inTech right away! I agree about the bath. Prefer dry but they did an amazing job. Very impressive, smart floor plan. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
Go with their OVR Navigate. Dry bath and 5’ longer.
Intech's layout can't be beat. Much roomier, good window sizes and locations. They do need more counter space, though.
Loved the inTech floor plan!!! I agree it could use a little more counter space for sure! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
We have the 2024 2108 TB. We really like this trailer. Couple of things to think about. We like the twin bunk. However, I’m 6’1”. The shelve above the bed is to low. Have hit my head 3 times getting into bed. Finally got smart and put a pool noodle along that edge lol. Also they put our usb and 110 plugs down low by the pillows. They needed to be up in the shelve area. Just those couple things we would change. We love it other than those issues.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with your Winnebago. Usability and features like these are very important to know when purchasing an RV. Glad you are loving it! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Love your videos, quite a range from $20,000 to $58,000, and they all accomplish the same thing. Look at the Casita Independence, very towable and around $32,000.
Something for everyone 🤣. Unfortunately Casita and other fiberglass manufacturers do not participate in RV shows which is where we typically shoot our video tours. But we do love Casita and have been able to tour a few by visiting Fiberglass R Rallies. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Intech has a new twin bed trailer in their Sol lineup as well, the Sol Dusk. We love the E Pro/Geo Pro 15TB for it's short length plus windows. Most people use a cover over the stove lid and have plenty of countertop space for prepping. It's nice to see shorter trailers with back windows instead of the bathroom, because in most of our sites the view is out the back.
Glad to hear there are more twin bed options. The stove lid is a excellent temporary solution, but not helpful when you are cooking. You are finding the view from the back better? Do you typically camped in a back in site? You can never have too many windows. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Definitely 2 burner.
Agree 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
#2-winnebago hands down Love the twin bed setup with overhead storage (storage overall is good for size) would prefer the two burner offset, like the extend a top, would prefer roll out drawer in pantry
Winne had good bath-I am not a fan of wet bath at all I did like #3- L shaped dinette but overall #3 lacked storage
I prefer a dry bath too! And you're right about the storage in the inTech Expedition. Great floor plan but did lack storage. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Finally. Twin beds 😂
YES! Love the twin bed concept in a travel trailer. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Hi Mike and Susan! I like the In Tech Rv. I loved that bunk when it came down. I absolutely liked the Winnebago too! I like two the burner stove idea. Thank you Mike and Susan for showing these small travel trailers.
So glad you liked these floor plans Sherri. All great options for campers with twin beds. That inTech was very cool to see! Thanks for your support!
3 burner stove and a oven - now the oven can be a camp chef that I can hook up to the external propane connection for baking. I bake biscuits while camping. I have used a Dutch oven over coals...I don't want to wait that long for a biscuit.
That Camp Chef oven is not a bad idea!! I wouldn't want to wait that long for biscuits either! 😋 Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Awesome trailers like them all. I use a three burner. Great vid Mike
Thank you Chuck! We appreciate your support!
Two burners are enough. You can always work around the rare times you need three.
Agree! We prefer cooking meats outside then the burners are for sides. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
The last one was amazing!
The inTech OVR Expedition is such a cool floor plan. We loved it too! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Considering the flip up extension I like the stove and sink as is
That's fair. Love the flip up counter addition! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Two burners more than sufficient. Prefer counter/prep space. Thanks for your videos!
I agree. Two burners in order to have more counter space in a small camper is ideal. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I think, especially for the money, that the Winnebago and OVR have some serious design oversights. The kitchen spaces in both appear challenging for space. And both should pass the elbow test. I'd go with the Forest River of the three. And I actually might...
The Winnebago and inTech definitely have a higher price point. The Rockwood G15TB has an awesome floor plan and under 16'! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
2 burner stove
Love the twins.
Me too x2! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Thanks Mike and Susan,I liked the intech, my first time to see one
Love the inTech Expedition! Good looking and unique floor plan! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Definitely two burner stove and more counter top space.
Agree! 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Love watching you videos
Thank you so much! We truly appreciate your support! ❤️
We own the Intech expedition and we absolutely love it.
That's awesome! Such a cool floor plan. I love what inTech is doing! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
Two burners!!!!
🙌Agree! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
One more vote for two burners and more counterspace. I have no idea why manufacturers cling to putting space-hogging 3 burner cooktops in smaller trailers.
Same here...two burners is plenty of space and countertop space is valuable too!
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Mike
Contracts with manufacturers. Gotta unload that stuff stuck on the boat.
@@bertie-the-explorer@bertie-the-explorer, I don't understand...can you clarify?
Two burners is all that we need! We need a spot to make coffee, toast etc. Also the twin beds are great (while still being close) so we can move about without climbing over the other person. I WISH the skylights in the shower were higher to accomodate my 6'3" husband. He's excluded from most of these trailers and even a lot of class A's.
Small RVs aren't very compatible for taller folks, especially in the shower. I'm surprised about the height in some Class As. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Intech - great build quality, open feeling and modern looking
Winnebago - full width bathroom and twin beds. Dislike the tv placement and counter space
Rockwood - nice small trailer but would like to see in a longer version
Love your analysis of all 3! Thanks SaltyDog69 And thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I love the camper the new way
That's awesome! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Nice Job Mike!!
Thank you Kevin! Appreciate your support!
2 burners for me!!
🙌 Agree! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I love this plan, but I strongly agree a 2 burner stove would be better. Another issue with this unit is that the step sits up higher than most rvs I have been told that they can't add the solid steps because the entry door is in the way. I also like the couch option better.
That's an interesting snag! Thanks for adding that information. And thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Loved the OVR. The only disappointment was there was no option to make the twin beds into a king.
I thought the same thing. That was a bummer. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Escape 23 now has twin beds. Thanks for the great video.
Thank you! Hopefully we get a chance to see one in person. Escape never participates in RV shows unfortunately. Thanks for letting us know! And thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
Always enjoy your vids. @@RVBlogger
I love inTech
That inTech Expedition floor plan is awesome! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Absolutely a 2 burner.
Agree! 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
# 1 is nice, #2 best for me due to weight capacity, #3 my favorite however exceeds weight for my 2012 Sport Ford Edge ❤
Glad you saw some floor plans you liked. The inTech Expedition is kinda tank like. Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
2 burner front to rear needs to go into a lot todays campers, especially couple trailers!!
Completely agree! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Regarding the 2-burner vs 3-burner stoves, I agree that a front-back 2 burner stove would be a win on the Rockwood, since that kitchen is tiny. But on the Winnebago 2108, I like the 3 burners that they have. It's easy to leave one of the panels over the double sink, and there's also that fold-out work surface. As to the inTech, which comes with that side by side 2 burner stove, I agree with you that a front-back 2-burner to gain a few inches of counter would probably be a win.
We are hoping they take everyone's great advice and modify to gain more counter space, especially in the smaller campers! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The OVR is my Kats Meow... thank; might be my next trailer. Again thanks since this is new tooooo me to!!!!
Sweet! So glad you like the inTech Expedition! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Two burner stove for sure!
Same for us too! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Yes. 2 burner and more counter space is much better. Also, skip ovens, and do the micro and convection combos.
We have a micro/convection combo and absolutely love it!
2-burner is the way to go.
Agree! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
Thanks Susan and Mike, great video. I'm too tall for any of these sooooo. I guess some people would like them. Not a fan of winnebago. Keep up your great work.
Thanks Tuvia! These are pretty small and a little height deficient. Thanks for your support! ❤️
I prefer a 2 burner stove with extra counter space and a large farm sink always.
That's the perfect combo! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I like three burner stove. I eat meat and two veggies at my meals and am used to everything getting done at same time. My brother would prefer two burners as he uses microwave more than I do.
Luckily we have so many great cooking choices. We do a lot of our cooking outside when we can. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Less sink, more counter top. We like the big cook stops.
I'm with you on the more countertop! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
i agree no slide
Slide outs are a high maintenance feature in an RV! Leaks and broken parts can ruin a camping trip for sure!
In the Winnebago, definitely would prefer a two-burner stove with some counter space. Maybe a little smaller sink too.
Agree! Counter space is way more important than a 3rd burner. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
Hey Mike! Maybe you already have one, but a video featuring small-ish trailers with twin beds that can sleep 4 would be awesome!
We have another video that features TT with twin beds but I believe they are larger than the three in this video. They are definitely on my radar. Sorry we couldn't help. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
@@RVBlogger We watch so many of your videos, our absolute favorite camper tour videos! Helps us dream of what could be! 😂😍
@@mollykapping9040 thank you so much! ❤️. You can make it a reality. If it’s about the cost, you can always look for a used RV.
That Winnebago has twin beds that, by adding a piece of wood in between, equates to a short Queen.
A King size bed measures 76" x 80" and a Queen size bed measures 60" x 80". We measured it at 74" x 80", Winnebago claims 74" x 82". Either way sounds like a King or short King bed. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Definitely 2 burners and extra counter space. Also an option to replace the drawers below the cooktop with a drawer type dishwasher would be great. And an option to replace dinette with couch. Retired couple, no kids.
Love more counter top space with a 2 burner stove! A dishwasher would add a lot of weight. I love the idea of not having a permanent dinette. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I really like the last one, although #2 was a nice option too. I agree that 2 burner would be the way to go for these small RVs. I saw a comment about having induction cooktop. Love that! Wonder why we don’t see that more often? Are people hesitant because it uses particular types of pans? I’ve never had one, so I am curious.
We are beginning to see more induction cooktops in RVs. Part of the reasoning is the manufacturers are getting away from the need for propane. We do like the fact that induction is much smaller than the propane cook tops and sometimes they are portable but they do require certain types of pans. Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Those are awesome !! Not to crazy about wet baths but it is camping !! Love the InTech, that is a tank !! I agree, I don't use 3 burners at home ! I do have a REQUEST ? In your 2nd video I noticed in the background another camper by Winnebago, FLX (FLEX). When/if you have time, can you explain what that is ? I think that's what Traveling Robert has upgraded to ? I may see if he has a video. Thank y'all so much for all you do !!
So glad you liked these travel trailer floor plans Darryl! I'm not sure which Winnebago was near us at the time but I think Robert now has the Winnebago Micro Minnie 1720FB. Thanks for your support Darryl!
2 burners are ok, more counter space is great
We feel the same! 👍 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Way to go winnabago 👍🏻 at least the newbee rver whos only given one lead acid battery with the rv can at least go camping immediately n not have to worry about a dead battery from the fridge!! Or needing a campsite with an electrical service.
Hate the rvs that come with the 12 volt only fridges! Because the biggest draw back for those is having ample batteries to run the fridge or u need something to charge up your battery or you must be at a campground with electrical services!
3 way absorbent fridges are the best! Fridge runs off of battery while driving, boon docking it runs off of propane, at a campground with electrical then plug her in! So unless the camper comes with ample batteries and fantastic solar n a back up gen for cloudy days, 12 volt fridges suck! 🍻
Yeah, I agree. Unless someone can enlighten me, I can't imagine boondocking with a 12V fridge.
I agree about the 12v fridge and boondocking. Much easier on the solar and battery system if you have a propane fridge. Thanks SpykersB!
Slightly smaller sink would help create space too, dinette needs side windows for a month re bright cheerful feel
You can never have too many windows. Natural lighting and fresh air are a must! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting, we appreciate your support!
❤❤❤
Thanks Luvpig! ❤️
I have a 5 burner conduction stove top at home and generally just use a single burner, maybe 2 at the most. Winnebago has notoriously small kitchen areas. I would prefer just a 2 burner stove top that gives me more counter space. I love their compressor fridges. Too bad they cant give us more counter space.
Completely agree about the stove top. Seems counter space is an important feature overlooked in many small RVs. Thank you for watching our RV tour video an commenting!
Nice unit …
Thank you! We thought these were pretty awesome floor plans! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Always need more counter top space
Can never have too much! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Definitely prefer two-burner stove and more countertop space in the Winnebago. I would also prefer a smaller dinette and no slide. I don't a dinette for four when the camper only sleeps two.
Agree with you! Sometimes features like disproportionate dinette, or kitchen functionality is unnecessarily lacking! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Love the last one, I just don't understand the head space being so low in these Wet Baths
Love the inTech OVR Expedition! Not sure why they don't include a high sky light for more head. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I'd prefer more counter top, 1 gas Burner and 1 induction burner. Gives you options. I also would like to see more rv's boondock ready. Run the entire travel trailer on batteries with enough solar already installed!
Your stove top idea is great! Like your 100% solar ready RV too. Keystone is doing a little better providing solar and lithium batteries. Thanks for watching our RV tour video.
12v fridge definitely
Though both have advantages, we love the 12v too! Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
That Winnebago is a great design! But lose the 3 burner stove for 2 burners and counter space
Agree! Counter space is more important than a 3rd burner. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
The MM2108tb I'd prefer no dinette, instead have a nice sofa with attachable end tables and it folds out to a proper 80" bed
I think that's a great idea Technocrat! Much prefer a sofa with temporary eating area. Thanks for that suggestion!
Nice twin rvs, but with a family of 4 and possibly more, we hope to find a twin bunker rv with a full size queen bed. How about 2 full size queen beds as the bunk bedroom. Add to that a garage for our chickens and that would be the perfect rv for our travels!!!!!
Oh, btw, this would have to be a motorhome, not a 5 wheel. Thank you.
I can get you everything but the chicken garage. 🤣 Check out the travel trailer in this video with 2 full size queen beds in the bunk room czcams.com/video/lec6af7sSMU/video.html Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I can come pretty close for a motorhome. Check out the Thor in this video czcams.com/video/kImPFX654QA/video.html Can sleep up to 8 and has a garage for your chickens! Just have to find a used one.
2 burner stove is enough, counter space is a premium.
Agree! 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Counter space and outlet
Can never have too much counter space or outlets, for sure! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Counterspace no1 priority
Agree! 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
The too top stove
I'm not sure I understand. Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
2 burner cook top
🙌Agree! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
What were they thinking microwave on the floor? How about a cabinet down and move the microwave up top. If I had to choose it would be the Winnie. Except for the dinette. Always practicality and quality. The last camper is too "techy" for me. I don't care for the layout. Too much couch and blue lights, no. Outlets on the side of the sink but nowhere to put whatever. I get the impression it was the designers first rodeo. Thanks for these interesting and informative videos.
Thanks Biff. Those were really great points you added! The inTech has a bit modern feeling. You definitely can't go wrong with a Winnebago. Thanks for your support!
2 burner and more counter space and add an outlet
Agree! Best kitchen setup!
I would definitely prefer to have a 2 burner stove. I don't think I've ever used 3 burners at a time.
Only time I can think of is Thanksgiving 🦃🤣 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I know this is late, but I would rather have a two burner induction plate. That way when you're done with it you can put it away and have all of the counter top to use.
I love a portable induction plate for that reason. Any time you get something out of the way that you are not using is great! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Even a portable gas stove
@@shireenbegum9166 yes we prefer cooking outside anyway!
I prefer a 2 burner stove top with more counter space.
Us too! 🙋♀️Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
I would like countertop for a coffeepot
That's a great place for the coffee maker. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Is there a way to get thicker bed/couch cushions? It looks like they will not stand up for long if they are used for sleeping and sitting.
Would have to check with an RV furniture company for possible replacement or maybe a little DIY project. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
2 burners and extra counter space
Agree! Always like more counter space. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
Our 3 burner is a waste. I use a griddle a lot, and I find the front burner useless.
Agree! Hopefully they'll do away with the 3 burner set up! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
2 burner stove with more counter top space would be my choice
Agree! 🙌 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
It's ridiculous that a upscale Win. Micro Minnie doesn't even have a vented range hood. The fan in the center of the kitchen ceiling is the only fan which is pulling hot greasy air from the cooking process across the ceiling. No option for a oven??? A cheap trailer selling for 10K less has ovens and exhaust fans. It should be a two- burner stove. I do all the cooking 365 days a year. I "might" need a third burner 1% of the time. Appreciation of more counter space 100% The Microwave/Convection Oven has brought much dislike from owners as it vents HOT air onto the ceiling. Many owners have said that it gets so hot they have to turn off the Convection Microwave in fear that their ceiling will catch fire. The Micro Minnie is a heck of a fine trailer except for these points.
Winnebago left out a few essential features for sure. Hopefully the have a kitchen redesign in the works! I haven't heard of convection ovens getting that hot and fear of fire. I'll have to check ours out the next time. 😲 Thank you for all those great points you noticed, very helpful to others as well. Thanks for your support!
Two burner stove with more counter space please!
Amen! 🙌 Counter space is so important! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
I think two burners with more countertop space would be much better maybe even a little smaller sink
Agree! Can't imagine needing more than 2. Countertop space is far more important. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
I like the Minnie 2108TB except for the location of the door. I like the roominess of the slide out and the bathroom. I like that the bath is NOT a wet bath. I like the individual twin beds and that they are not combined with the dinner table meaning that the dinette is seperate so the beds can always be made. But I do not like the location fo the outside door. I would prefer the door is closer to the toilet and away from the beds. I would not tracked in dirt close to the beds.
Those are all great points! I'm seeing most people would rather not have the door by the bed too. Thanks for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
So, will a new floor plan be coming out soon? On the surface it seems simple, but is it? Can it be done quickly and released to market quickly?
@@verticle12 only the manufacturer can answer that one.
Counter, counter, always more counter space.
Agree! 🙌 Always need counter space. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting!
