1989 PSE FireFlight Express 2117 gamegetter II with Muzzy broadheads...shooting fingers ... crazy days! I lived in Springfield/Eugene OR when BowTech came out and been loyal since ... met Cam Hanes in The Bow Rack in 1994 before he was famous ... Great video !!!

First bow was a kids bow when I was 5 (shot indoor with my dad with it for a few years) then in the early 2000s I got a parker jr mag 40lb (was hard finding a youth bow and a left hand youth bow at that) then in jr high I got a parker hunter mag. This year I got a Darton sequel 33 and it’s awesome

First bow was a early to mid 90’s PSE that my father in law gave me, has a prototype riser that Pete sent him back then, a few years back I upgraded to a Bear Paradox

Barnett Sidewinder, York, Hoyt Raptor. Skip ahead 20+ years, Blackout Epic X2. The raptor was sweet! Still have it in the basement with one aluminum arrow! The Epic suits me fine, high tech compared to my others.

Got back into it with an American Archery bow that I inherited then ended up buying a hoyt magnatec. Had it re strung, set up n it's not to bad. I'm using (I'll pry get ripped for this) but I got I believe it's tiger archery 500gr arrows off Amazon a 12 pack for cheap since I'm just getting back into it. Felt like if I loose these it won't hurt as bad as buying one's from an archery shop!

Nothing wrong with some Amazon arrows! If anyone is ripping you for those, it certainly won’t be in this comment section!
I’m glad you got back into it, keep me updated on your hunts this season and don’t be afraid to reach out with any questions!

I just started in December. I had an Amazon bow “creative xp”. Then moved to Sanlida dragon x9. I now use a Darton Consequence 30” draw, 60# and I shoot victory vtac 23 for 3d

Can't remember the exact model but my 1st bow was a bear archery compound. Maxed out at 50lbs draw. This was back in the mid 90's. I was around 14 at the time. Will be 42 the last day of this month and still shooting bear archery bow. Currently running the 2024 adapt plus. Got it in February and already shot the strings out. Stretched them so much it Max's out at 63.6# draw on a 70# bow. Luckily I'm getting new string and cables before season starts.

It looks like Bear Archery strings are almost as bad as Mathews zebra strings..

It was kind of a joke, I've had a Mathews Triax and a V3X 29, both with zebra strings that stretched a lot: zebra strings are known for being horrible.
I've had a Bear Archery Legion, many years ago, it was a semi entry-level bow by Bear, but the strings were probably better than the zebra ones on the Mathews..
