Here’s a no-fail recipe for making delicious ogbono soup. And it’s really simple.
Ingredients
3-4 tablespoons blended ogbono
1/4 cup palm oil
Beef
Ponmo
Stock fish
Smoked fish
Ground crayfish
Chopped pepper
Ground dried pepper (you can use any of these two. Adjust to your taste)
1 cup beef stock
Stock cube
Salt (to taste)
