In an interview, some months ago, Onew said that he was taking singing lessons, learning new things... REALLY, the master was learning to use his voice even more... I'm so happy that I discovered SHINee in 2020...
Onew is immaculate in this album, hopefully he will comeback soon healthy
A few years ago an interview with Jonghyun said after writing so many songs for Shinee and himself that he saw their color changing and maturing. He thought they’d be doing slower songs as they progressed into the next stage musically. They’d always have the dance but they’d beat in ballads. They proved him right with some of these songs. He’d be proud. There’s so much here to love.
I knew Insomnia would take them out. And I’ve said it since the first time I heard this song & I’ll say it again, Insomnia sounds like the kind of song Jonghyun would have written & produced for SHINee. Listen to Jonghyun’s Story Op albums & then listen to Insomnia again… This song is a 100% SHINee Forever Five song, & can’t noone tell me different.
It was such a compliment when you said you are glad to be a grown up to appreciate this.. i was thinking about myself who started stanning them at 19... And I am like..dang.. so many years later they still surprise me.. shawols are the most blessed fandom to get to listen to such music . I wish more people would check out shinee purely for the fact that they are missing out on great music otherwise.
I can't with Gravity. Tears just rolling down. The Jonghyun references are just... Thank you for this listening party. I enjoyed it.

This is probly my most fave SHINee album right now... on my 1st listen, I actually liked 8 of the 10 songs in it, and that doesn't happen often... I only know my most fave song in this album is "Insomnia"... if I had to pick a #2 and #3 fave, I just can't decide, 'cos there are just so many good songs to choose from! The album came out last Monday, and this entire week, I've been listening to the album from the first song to the last song on repeat mode... it's just one of those albums where you can just put it on and let it play all the way through over and over again. This album was worth waiting for all the members who went to military service to come back with THIS. I can't stop raving about this album.

SHINee's discography is a high bar to reach, and this album belongs up there with the best of them. They've stayed creative and adventurous with their music, while bringing that maturity and complexity to keep you engaged. I agree with Ace, I feel so grateful for them providing some of the best music in my life.

In the hopes that this doesn't come off pretentious, because that's not my intention at all, I want preface this with that it's very rare that I watch youtubers react to my fave kpop artists/songs for a multitude of reasons, but I immediately fell in love with the way y'all actually sit and watch the mvs/listen to the songs all the way through before you all give your opinions on each song. Your genuine reactions throughout it makes the content all that much more enjoyable, so thank you for that. You guys are hilarious and I never not laugh at the commentary and banter between all of you.
I've always been a fan of SHINee since their story of light ep. 1 dropped but I never could fully dive into them because I wasn't sure I could handle to heart break I would inevitably feel once I got to know how intricately Jonghyun was woven into their music and how it would feel realizing we would never have that again. I had followed them quietly throughout their DCM era (and touched very lightly on their solo cbs before and after Onew, Key, and Minho's enlistments) but it wasn't until Taemin was coming back that I fully felt ready to divulge into all that is SHINee. The past few months I've spending most of my time watching old stages, the mvs, any and all content that SHINee has done, as one does as a stan, lol.
As of late, I've been very obsessed with Onew's Circle. As I mentioned before, it is rare that I watch reactions, but I was determined to find someone who could properly articulate how Circle made me feel. In the process, I came across the reaction you all did for the HARD MV and then Juice and then proceeded to spend the past three days watching every reaction you guys did to any group/solo releases from the members (including the one for Circle, lmfao.) I was so ecstatic to see you did a listening party to the HARD album, because like Bang Bang said, I feel so good to be an adult because I get to appreciate art like this. There's something so beautiful about this album. It's cohesiveness is one of my favorite parts as whole because it really does open up like a punch in the face and then mellows out like an apology and provides peace and comfort. The opening songs (Hard, Juice) makes a statement: they are 15 years into the game and can keep up if not surpass the current active groups. Then they prove to you again why they are who they are and how they can do just about anything by then following those two tracks with one of the things they do best: delivering immaculate vocals throughout the rest of the album.
I was genuinely smiling throughout all three parts of this listening party because some of the things I was most excited about, you guys heard too. Every line Onew had was nothing less than gold; Minho came, saw and conquered; and Key and Taemin's back and forth truly was one of those gifts that kept on giving. Key's growth over the past few years truly shows on this album and Taemin is singing like he never left. What's also beautiful about this album is that I can hear and feel Jonghyun's influence; 10x, Gravity (for obvious reasons with the lyrics), The Feeling (of course), Sweet Misery--each track is so intimately SHINee, that I could never imagine anyone else singing it. Since its release, I find myself coming back to it again and again and again.
I think this album is truly one for the books; it is, in my opinion, one of the best albums released this year. Like Dame said, this is a masterclass on how to make an album. Like Ace, after every track, I couldn't find the words to express how it made me feel. It's truly a masterpiece. I'm so happy that a group like SHINee exists because they are so adventurous with their music and every time they take on something new, it's just so good. Thank you guys again for this, I truly had a fun time.

Everytime SHINee Make a comeback...i Always anticipated it.. But mostly i Always like their B-side song in every album.. I'm a fan since 2010 and I was Just 18 back then when i Know about K-pop...and that time was really 2nd gen kpop golden era🙂

SHINEE’S album is perfection, giving us different vibes. Their vocals all went up into the next level of heaven. Taemin said his favourite song was Sweet Misery.

Thank you for reacting to this album. I do agree, thank goodness I'm a grown-up myself so I can really appreciate this album. This is one of my fave albums from SHINee which shows their maturity as an artist. Can't skip even one song from this album.

And how sweet it is 💜 My top favorite songs keep changing on the daily because this album is an absolute masterpiece, and I'm here for it 🎶 SHINee has worked hard and it shows. Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin each have dynamic and unique singing styles, and Jonghyun would be so proud 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 Indeed, a master class of SHINee's chill 🫶🏼 expressed through their signature harmonies and vocal progressions. Im loving their light touch and the use of their lower registers as well as their beautiful fasettos. Talking about Insomnia just like my girl finally found her wedding dress. I love that song too. Definitely can relate to him when he said that he’s glad that he’s grown up enough to appreciate this song. I like 8/10 from this album and this ratio is ridiculously high for me. A new SHINee fan 🙋🏻
