If Andrew ever streamed making patches on Twitch... have MERCY
Oh yeah, please!
Been thinking about it. Would you just wanna see it as it happens? Or really explainy/ Q&A / make it like a show
Not too familiar with Twitch... How is it different (better?) than CZcams.. because it's live, more interactive or what? Genuinely interested. Apologies for ignorance, laziness.
I think having a mix of explaining streams and relaxing/observant streams would be fun! Some days are about building a specific sound and explaining it as you go, some days are just about the fun of exploring it and we get to watch it happen. It really depends on how you want to interact with your viewers in the end, since a good part of streams is that interaction
@@suturesound maybe a bit of both?
This reminds me alot of my favourite parts of the Hype Light Drifter OST by Disasterpeace. Incredible!
What a timeless masterpiece.
You're spot on
✅✅✅
It would be so cool to see an uncut stream of you playing around and creating something like this. Even if there was no dialogue or anything it would just be sick to see it form from the ground up :D thanks for posting!
Bleeps to study and relax to ❤️
I was just wondering why you haven’t done anything with modular in some time. Such a gorgeous set up you have.
Well I do a lot more than what I post :)
@@suturesound Please post more often, I love this.
@@suturesound ok. Hey Andrew, have you ever checked out my page? I build sequencers and demo them with most unusual melodies. It would be an honor if you did. 🙂
I really wanted to hear this full piece, thank you so much!
These are beautiful! One of your first patches made me want to build my own modules and create patches like these. Well done man!
This is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for posting the full thing!
Would love to see you making these things live on twitch!
seriously dope patch, love it
thank you so much for making this andrew and rob.
watching david foster wallace interview as this plays in the background. im in deep...
Absolute magic... Thank you😴
Thanks for this. I have terrible insomnia, giving this a try tonight.
did it work?
@@Sailboat11 Nope
@@Sailboat11 Does help me relax though
I've never wanted an ambient piece to be pressed on vinyl more than this , andrew please tell me this can be an option one day. Audiophiles need this in their collection for chill out time
I absolutely love this! I also second the idea of Twitch streaming making.
I think starting at first to explain what you’re doing would be great, but then just watching you create with a few comments on what you like during would be so fun.
crying into my kombucha to this rn
such a real comment
Camping alone in the woods, you let the crickets, the wind, and the pitter-patter of light rain lull you to sleep. While you drift in and out of consciousness, a realization seeps in: That music does not come from a dream… it's from out there! Scared at first, you become accustomed, even attracted. It's beautiful. You step outside, and the moon and the stars shine through the canopy of the forest. Fireflies surround you. You even let the flashlight behind.
Guided by the music, you carefully step around the trees, the ferns and the wildflowers until you reach a door. An old bunker covered with overgrowth stands before you. Not sure if you should knock first, you open slowly, enter and say "hello", tentatively. No one's there to greet you but blinking lights. There is nothing in this bunker. Just empty space, a smell of citrus and this strange machine, playing beautifully.
Good writing!
This channel always feels so intimate and soft, such good vibes
I know right
This is very beautiful! Reminds me of Vangelis/Blade Runner atmospheres. Love it!!
So gorgeous. Really enjoying this ambient soundscape, hard to believe it is all generative.
unbelievable as always
I love this
Cyberpunk mallsoft sounds. Friggin beautiful my dude!
beautiful Andrew.
This is so nice
Beautiful. 😻
Beautiful
I will watch a multiple hour session of andrew playing with this setup and making such music....
Amazing...
Thank you for coming with us, on this journey to the invisible world that surrounds us...
I hear a beautiful meld of Hans Zimmer and Boards of Canada. I love this piece.
literally about to fall asleep to this rn it's 11:55pm
Просто шикарный вид ...Мигающие лампочки и такой звук это для меня ... ВСЁ !
Cool!
Magnifique :D
I know this may sound a bit lame but the only way I can start to learn this art is with Model 15 app and MiRack.
Such beautiful music you make Andrew🙏
I'm working to this, really nice! you should have a black hermod though
Very nice….
Lovely having a machine sing you to sleep 🙂
nice
Any plans on doing a rundown of you modular? I remember you talking about it at one point.
Can you imagine Steevio playing a rig like this?
Wow
reaaaaaaaally wanting an in depth explanation of what's going on here
gary's synthesizer from regular show be like:
i know blue is relaxing, but maybe one of these can be lit up with red light. that way, it doesnt light the room up as much when sleeping compared to the blue light
uncut gems
good time
great call
Do you have a modulargrid of this system somewhere? I’d love to delve a bit deeper in what modules you have :D
Unfortunately I know I’d never keep it up to date
@@suturesound haha yeah I get that. Then I’ll just have to try and figure it out myself from the videos, thanks for the answer! :)

Andrew, r u into Roland Kayn?
Getting strong terraria vibes
Who is playing the synth?
Generative or sequenced?
Are you his Eurocrack dealer, Andrew? 😅
First
notable
A typical bad case of gotta catch em all
Часовая нудятина, если честно.
Who goes "I'll have 10,000 dollars of *black* modules on the left and 10,000 dollars of *white* modules on the right?" then make an unremarkable piece you could have made on three or four Volcas? Ridiculous.
I had a nice time patching this with a good friend. It’s ok to not exercise the maximum potential of your instrument every time you use it
I estimate its rather a 150-200 K setup you see here. Its not about being cost effective.
Someone seems salty about only being able to afford $0 worth of modules.
