I had the same oil problem with my wife's Punto, went to the local Abarth dealer and had a right argument with the parts idiot, he tried to tell me it needed the Abarth 500 oil, had to get the service book and stick it under his nose got so heated the manager came out of his office, got an apology from them though! keep up the great content
Sounds like not a lot of money in the profit margin for the risk you took and the work you’ve done, looks mint that, not surprised you want a day or two to drive it and enjoy it! Enjoyed this one 👌🏻

Nice car and a bit of a left field choice. I think that because its fairly rare it has sparked a lot of interest for your channel. You took a bit of a risk buying a non runner but it has come good for you. Watched a few video's on stolen recovered cars and it seems that if you have good lock man to sort out the keys and getting past the immobiliser you are half there. Hard to put a value on it as there are so few about - but I think you could have probably asked more but if you are happy and it goes on its way quickly then its a result!
Brilliant job man, got a soft spot for Fiat / Abarth, and that's just properly cool and rare. Might be worth holding onto for a bit longer, as others are saying too!
Class, great to see such a good end result. Wierd one is I happened to see a 61 plate red one yesterday nearby, which is pretty impressive given the low numbers of them. Saying that I then saw a cupra st carbon go past which is pretty rare, while in my normal cupra St. I'm pretty sure the fella had a seeing double moment since both cars are grey and of the face-lift version so do look similar (lots of small differences biggest being exhaust on his).
£4250 is an absolute bargain! Theres one for sale on ebay atm for £5500. So i think yours is worth £4500 all day long. Cant wait to see the videos on the next car (i know what it is but dont want to spoil it) 😂
What a lovely car , considered one as my driving school car , got a Mini Cooper instead but maybe it’s time for a change ...? My Fun car is an Alfa spider ,so it would be nice to have a fully Italian stable ...😏
Hi Phil think I would go to 4500 at least for all the work you done on it looks a good one, did you polish the headlamps as well, no room in the garage for more bud you need a clear out and a good heater, looking at that hat makes me feel cold, keep up the good vids
