I feel that Hannah is grossly incompetent and did not take her job seriously. Now someone is dead and a young child is without a mother. Hannah unfortunately needs to go to prison.
Yes. She needs to go to prison for her negligence.
Her smug demeanor is just the icing on the cake.
Sounds like an accident that occurred due to the unprofessionalism, immaturity and entitlement of the defendant.
Let's not forget her drug and alcohol use.
Gross negligence is not an accident
It's called being a liberal. Her Kool aid hair and tik tok videos showed her immaturity. Now she wants to clean up her appearance.
@@DroneStrike1776 Sources on her political affiliation? That sounds like something a cultist trumptard would literally make up.
@@DroneStrike1776 Lemming
How does someone involved with the props or armorer shoot themselves in the foot with a round that shouldn't be on the set still remain on this set? She should have been replaced instantly. She seemed to be incompetent and disheveled. She gives off a "this is a waste of my time" air while sitting in the courtroom. I hope they find her guilty and she has to do the whole 18 months.
She has a resting 😴 B face
To me.
As if this is a total waste of her precious time
Daddy got her the job
Exactly, they said less experienced, but how much experience do you need to know that LIVE rounds should NOT be on set? She had ONE job, and failed = GUILTY.
The question to me is how did the live ammo show up.
Good point.
someone commented that Hanna brought it on set but I don't know if it's confirmed, probably not, so we will see what the experts and evidence will say about this further during the trial
They brought live ammo to shoot at things when they weren't filming.
Yesterday she wore a compelling 1950s hairstyle to court like she's going to prom
She did it to herself. Gross incompetence
THE DAY BEFORE the whole camera crew walked off the set due to safety and housing concerns
The dolly grip is right. Only armorers handle and load guns. They scream safety and the First AD holds safety meetings every single shot involving weapons.
The dolly/grip operator reminds me of Walter White.
She should have pled guilty and took the appropriate consequences! She brought the live rounds on the set and is responsible period!!
Why do people keep pulling the trigger in an unsafe environment? With so many issues why did Alec hire this person? Is this witness credible? Did anybody drug test Alec and his employees?
Because they are idiots, and a bunch of woke fools, who not only do NOT respect a gun, but also have NO IDEA how they work. To these bubbling fools, a gun shoots itself. LOL...isn't that pretty much what Alec said. He had NO idea how it went off, because HE didn't pull the trigger. (What's a trigger, anyway.LMFAO)
FYI. I can promise you that NO ONE on a set expected a live round. No one.
Alec was overcharged but he's definitely liable civilly for hiring her and running a loose set.
I too wondered if anyone had drug testing done within a reasonable amount of time after Halayna & Joel were shot? I doubt it.
I don't get how people assume that Alec was the one that hired her lol. You don't know even the most basic facts about this case, no wonder ur username is thinkingimpaired lol
This keeps underlining she should not be the soulful person. It’s clear to me this whole set production crew was full of chaos and unprofessional people, allowing other unprofessional people to work.
Why does this dude look like Walter White from breaking bad???
I saw Walter White immediately upon seeing him !!
😂😂😂
0:30 You’d think after one negligent discharge from a firearm that is absolutely not supposed to have any live rounds in it, and a negligent discharge that resulted in the injury of a person no fking less, a responsible person/armorer would’ve immediately taken an extensive inventory of every single round in their possession to find any possible live rounds that may have gotten mixed in with the dummies being used for the film. I wasn’t aware there were prior incidents, let alone one where another person was injured. That’s absolutely mind boggling to me that it was allowed to happen more than once…
Remember the old statement, not what you know but who you know, thats how she got the job, simple as that...
"How could someone be fatally shot on a movie set?"
See Brandon Lee. Its happened before. In fact, maybe there should be some legal precedent from Brandon Lee's case. Was anyone criminally charged as a result of Brandon Lee getting shot? This could provide some guidance to how this case should be handled. Personally, I place all the blame on Alec Baldwin. He is the one who fired the gun. The person holding the gun is always responsible for safe handling.
I believe Hannah and Alec are both legally responsible for the incident. They found a live round in Jensen kit also.
Brandon Lee was not shot with a live round he was shot with a blank cartridge at too close of range (the cartridge is made of wax/paper and supposed to burn up immediately after discharge creating a flash, however at close range the paper cartridge itself can cause injury). No, there was no "legal precedent set" because there was no "case" it was found to be an accident. There are SAG/union protocols but 'Rust' was an independent film without union oversight. The SAG/union rules were amended after Brandon's death to widen the gap between actors during scenes involving the discharge of blank cartridges. However these rules had already been in place for at least a decade before Brandon's death due to a previous on set accident where an actor shot himself in the temple and died from the resulting injury.
You can personally blame Alec Baldwin all you want, but that belief has no baring on reality or how film sets actually work.
Has anyone from the company that supplies the fake ammo for movie sets been questioned? Is it always the same company? Or are there different companies? How do live rounds make it onto a movie set? This is so heartbreaking.💔💔
Has nothing to do with the makers.. the amorers brought the live rounds to set
@@UsernameUnkwn21 seriously! I did not know where they came from and wondered why they were even on the set. Unbelievable. Thanks
@MrBetc it's pretty easy to make dummy ammo.. I'd be surprised if there was actually a company that did it.. my gues is they make their own.
Cowboy cigarettes
Hanna was the rite price for cheap Baldwin. He could have had a very experienced Armor but was unwilling to pay top dollar. Instead he went with a snowflake kid.
Hannah is not a kid. She was 24 at the time. Many people are married and have children by that age. They vote. They work. They're adults in every sense. Hannah is incompetent and it cost someone their life. Hannah looks at that witness with disdain. Perhaps time spent in prison will allow for reflection on what she's done.
So it’s his fault imo
@@jatteam8615 Because Hannah didn't di her job?
@@dakotacoren6936she’s a kid! Especially in that job.
@@shrutefarms4741 She's 24. By then lots of women vote, have children, drive cars, work full-time, and are married. Stop trying to infantalize a woman who held herself out to be an armeror, accepted a job as an armeror, and hid it from Production that she's grossly incompetent at being an armeror.
HG stated not once...but several times...that she screwed up on her job...claiming guilt.
She could've made plea deal: she will get more time this way. (I think. )
Her defence team is not doing her any favours by allowing her to appear in court with party hair and cat eyeliner. Same goes for the lady sitting beside her. Look presentable and respectful when coming to court. Long nails, heavy eye makeup and loud updos look unprofessional. No surprise really. Look at the images of her prop cart. What a chaotic mess! Carrying ammunition in a fanny pack?! WTF?! And for production not to observe this and correct it is just as negligible.
in one of the video clips you can hear Baldwin, "again, lets do it again, hurry up", lock him up, throw away the key,
As a prosecutor, i would have advised a witness critical to my case not to wear what looks like an orange jumpsuit.
This is a situation where this woman got the job because of her father. Dhe didn't have to go through all the things that a regular person with no inside connections would have to go through. She's a privileged yt woman who probably never had to interview never took things seriously because she was taken care of. She got the job because of who she knew and not her knowledge and it cost her greatly
Agree. A spoiled rich girl getting the job because of her father. It’s disgusting. There’s lack of responsibility with her and Alec Baldwin.
Dude, you brought race into this for no reason. Get a grip.
@@ellapines2850 yes that was a minor point but not the only valid point Is she not a white woman? Why does me saying she's white bothers you so badly? 🤔 Don't come for me unless I send for you.
She's not Caucasian, she's of Hispanic decent. Her "Reed" (last name) is her step-father's name. She's really cleaned up since the tragedy. She looked very different back then. The whole thing is so sad.
@@GeminiFli don’t spoiled entitled women of any color that get a hands up bothersome to you? It should. The government and elite rich are trying to divide us and you are playing into it. You don’t know me.
Chances are Hannah wasn't the only one using drugs during the filming. This party atmosphere and laxed protocols is a recipe for disaster.
Seems too young and inexperienced, Why was live ammo on set ??
She brought it..
How professional do you do you have to be to be.
It’s obvious the armoury woman was completely unqualified to do what she was doing and only got that job by nepotism. And of course it got someone killed
Even Ross sounded somethong of hesitantly reluctant... when asked to more specifically give his own particular "critisizing" point of view of Hannah's performance as an armorer. I at least didn't notice him distinctly holding back from his answers in any other clip that I've seen of Ross's responses anyways. Lastly, in any event of Hannah excessively handling a pen in court (out of anxiousness or what not), it is a wonder if by any chance she could be eager to impulsively write something down (such as in regards to notes takenof which are associated with the proceeding of her trial case) in order to find an excuse to distract herself momentarily from all the stress inducing sequenced events surrounding herself and her future fate. If not, then perhaps she could use a little more self-dicipline, but the handling of a pen is still not as distracting to your peers as clearing your throat constantly or impulsively and repeatedly bouncing the front part of your foot on off of the ground, while also making any noises associated with such an activity.
She may not have had any experience with guns in the first place.
I don’t know why anyone would even hire her in the first place, she sure as hell didn’t look at act professionally at all and it’s lead to two people being shot with the very weapons she was in charge of. Buts let’s also not forget that Alec was not supposed to be pointing that gun at a person let alone pull the trigger. They both made terrible mistakes that day and they should both pay the consequences.
LIVE AMMO, ITS A MOVIE there should not be live ammo within a 100 miles of the set
LONG PRISON SENTENCES PLEASE.
He reminds me of Michael Stipe.
Good lord guests…spit it out. The ums amd ahhhs from public speakers is distracting as hell.
She is a child, what do you expect from a kid? Producers need to step up. Good lord she was only 20 something, that’s a kid to me.
There making this job out to be much more difficult than it should be.
Nepotism at its finest.
This Dolly Grip Witness was a Very Good Witness!!!
These people testifying probably don't have any experience either.
Seems to be a lot of problems in the world's greatest country. Explanation!?
Her father was one I thought.
The prosecutors are idiots. They are serving to suggest that the ease of mistaken loaded firearms could occur even in a courtroom, never mind a film set. I dont understand the ludicrous questions of safety
I can't stand her smug look like she just can't be bothered to be there
Shd didn't "shoot herself." A blank went off.
The question is not how did she get that job? The big fat hairy question is why did she keep that job negligence on the part of whoever signs her paycheck?
Guns don't just go off without sn action to make it go off
Not completely true with old ass revolvers that’s have no safety. While rare it’s definitely possible with these types of guns. You literally need a tiny tap and boom.
It wasn't an
'old ass gun'.
It was a brand new replica.
Then you've obviously never heard of the Remington 700 or sig P320
This was a stupid accident !
It's wasn't an accident..it was NEGLIGENCE there is a difference
Wait, so someone got shot on set prior to this? I am very suspicious of the whole thing. I have an opinion/theory and that is that it was on purpose and they set her up and he planned to kill her. This is only my opinion, I don’t know what happened, but this is really weird (or not because it’s a celebrity.)
Yeah you go into a store and check every bullet in the box to make sure it's exactly what it's supposed to be there.
This black guy sounds ignorant.
I think that, too. AB is not a very nice man. I have my own ideas about all this. Isn’t it strange, btw, Helena husband isn’t suing AB? Instead he’s working with him now on the film as a producer or something… (things that make you go hmmmm)
He reminds of an actor but I can’t think of his name. Anyone have any ideas
LOL! Bryan Cranston.
❤
Intentional murder
If this dolly grip guy was so concerned about safety on the set, why didn’t he make more of a stand? But No he says he see all these going wrong!! But he still continued to stay on the set! Well maybe if he had of coursed more of a big stink about it and got it stopped…two people wouldn’t have been shot? What is the saying… See something, say something. Well according to him,he see lots of things and still said NOTHING!! Which is a contributing factor to the whole situation.
Can you please not bring that guest commentator, Wilhite. He stutters so much. He uses “uhm” far too much. So Unprofessional.
Get over it. People stutter and you should be kind about it.
Do you have to go to school to be a professional and maybe dressed in a suit to be professional do you have to go to school to be perfect.
All real guns need to be banned from sets
Use CGI
sound effects
Nepotism, her father is also an armorer.
That lady would be alive if it wasn’t for a DEI hire
She’d be alive if AB had hired a decent armourer, but he was being cheap. Low budget. (Greedy)
What old man was she doin?
Hannah looks like she would like to be any place but there 😁
This black guy is speculating.
Obviously she got it thanks to nepotism- her father is well known.
@Courttv how about covering Hannah G contacting YT content creators covering her trial & she is DM’ing them on IG threatening to send them a Cease & Desist order because HER LAWYER didn’t redact her phone number in the trial & she is telling content creators they have to redact it?!?!
It was an accident.
it was negligence.
hollywood crap
Literally the easiest good paying job in the world and she messed it up.
Wait a minute the gun accidentally discharged twice before this? I feel like that supports Alec Baldwin's story that he did not pull the trigger since it happened twice before
At first i was ready to blame all this on Hannah...but after looking into her pre-Rust life i discovered that she is intelligent educated and very hard working...she has been interested in acting and film since she was a little child...you cant lay this tragedy at her feet alone...all the ammo came from PDQ, and the other prop assistant Sara, worked for PDQ and texted Seth immediately after Halyna was shot..then had a series of phone calls with him. She also took items off the prop cart and collected ammo and brass some of which she discarded and concealed this from LE. Baldwin should have known better than to point a firearm at anyone, if only because accidents happen, apparently crazy stuff like handguns just firing without having the trigger pulled. Hannah bears some responsibilty, but it took alot of negligent acts to make this happen. She shouldnt be made a scapegoat but it appears everyone is cool with that its a shame RIP Halyna
"i discovered that she is intelligent educated and very hard working...she has been interested in acting and film since she was a little child..." Too bad this spiel didn't get you the job to be on her defense team. Better luck next time.
@@newhorizon4066 yeh its too bad
She got the job because she was a diversity hire. She CERTAINLY didn't have experience... or any proper experience. But that has no role in a diversity hire.
She was hired based on being the daughter of Thell Reed
*nepotism hire

She was not there for diversity. She is a white hispanic and socialized as a white privileged nepo baby.
@@Leidyloveslibros It WAS ALSO a diversity hire. They wanted a female to look good for the corporate backers. Wake up. This happens all the time anymore. It's liberal wokeism and part of DEI.
