    Sooooo much eye candy... So little time.
    Love the old iron flatheads. I had a K model once... But it needed so much work to get it running... I was too young and scatterbrained to realize what I had. I sold it and bought a Yammahammer 750 Virago. (Viag-grow today!).

    The tank mounted speedometers, were they an aftermarket device? I see them on different brands and they appear to be the same speedo.

    Nice cycles for sure. Too bad the camera man did a poor job of taking the video. Move camera slower & just close to cycles so you can view them better. Too close=not good!

      Someone is forgetting, no one pays me for these videos

  • @laureanosamuelolmoromero5756

    the one at 5:30.. what is it?? i'm sure it's a beauty, but what year??
    it would be blasphemy to change parts on these bikes no??

      That is a war era Knuckle. One has to remember, a restoration is an artist representation of what might have happened. Most are pieced together from various parts that are restored today. An original paint motorcycle is ideally as used and ridden by the original owner and with the (personal concept here) exception of a correct part that causes the machine to run better, or be best preserved for posterity, should stay essentially like it was. One should not chop or alter from the essential stock with period accessory machine.

      i agree.. i wouldn't chop any bike, because i like the small angled rigid frames more.. but one question..!
      does fit a shovel into a stock knucklehead frame??
      (without huuuge mods to the frame like chop, strech or bend and so on)
      maybe only with welding and making new mount holes.., maybe??

    • @HuntingHarleys
      @HuntingHarleys  Před 6 lety +1

      no, Pan's and Shovel's require severe alteration by the seat post at minimum

    My dream is to have a 40's model Harley. I'd love to have an old 47 or 48. I'm on a 2004 FXD, which will have to do for now.
