Why don't you wish respect elsewhere? Most of us protesting were from other parts of the country, they support him in Prague...

ODS, ČSSD a ani KDU není teď u moci.

They want him to resign, even tho he isnt found guilty yet?🤔🤨

Prime minister being on trial for fraud and tax evasion is a problem, in any civilized country and it doesn't matter that the final verdict wasn't reached yet.

@@mrkv4k True. Someone should investigate him... In our country we have an Anti-corruption commission (but last I heard of it, they said it is also corrupted🤷‍♂️).
Since he recently appointed minister of justice, thats a clear sign of corruption and possible evading trial... You could simply win a case against him by pointing that out on court...🤷‍♂️
Police should also start spying on him and newly appointed minister of justice (if they dont already) to get better evidence and proof he is guilty...
I just hope your police isnt corrupted as well... Then the real problems start 🙄
People can still take justice in their own hands in the end (like finding out where he lives)... But it usualy doesnt end well for criminals/suspects...✌

@@namesurname6905 The investigation has already been done. And the state attorney recommended that this case should go to trial - which is still being delayed, because of obstructions from the prime minister...
The whole problem is that he was able to convince bottom 20% (which is a majority, since we have 9 different parties in parliament) that this whole case is a plot from the "old politicians" that he is now "fighting". The sad reality is that he used to be "in bed" with those politicians (when he was just a bussinessman) and his government stands on votes from the communistic party (leftover from the soviet era).

@King of Tauntauns I am not aware of any. As far as I know, he was an informent and he informed on his coworkers, but nothing really bad. The worst thing about Babis is the way how he bacame the 2nd ritchest in country, because he, as a CEO of a state owned company, sold this company to himself for 1% of it's market value. And that is something that he was never tried for and probably never will be (since all evidence for this case is probably lost).

Babis is the best prime minister the Czech Republic (my country) has ever had. I am appealing to you my fellow Czech citizens, please open your eyes.
Just to elaborate on my statement, this is the list of Babis's achievements for the duration of his leadership:
a)one of the lowest rates of unemployment in the whole of Europe
    b) a comparatively high standard of living
    c) a rapid development of infrastructure in recent years
    d) a continuous wage growth
    e) deepening of the EU integration
    The list goes on.

well, i am from Czech republic, he is probably one of the best prime ministers we had in last 30 years. but people are sheep. make concert and couple of signs, pay some protesters and in 6 months you have this. its more like 10 000 people and 9 000 there just for music. Yes he is investigated but not for serious crime like we had almost every year before him (he is just in theoretical conflict of interest with his company). he didnt steal anything. our debt to GDP is down 2% this year , teachers, doctors , old people get +10 % +15% on salary, free trains for students and seniors... and stupid influenced people protest just because he is rich. typical Czech nature.

    • @mrkv4k
      @mrkv4k Před 5 lety +14

You are so wrong, it physicaly hurts... Babis is a son of promminent communist and as such, he got connections among elite people from the old regime. As a CEO of a slovakian national (owned by state) company, he was able to sold this company (worth about 1 000 000 000 Kč at that time) to himself for a 3 000 000Kč. He build his company on shady business practices and with help of former STB agents, promminent communistic politicians and shady people like Gross, Ivan Langer, Ivo Rittig, Zeman and Šlouf. During his reign, he was able to change people at GIBS (czech institution that should police the police) and one day after state atorney recommended his case to go to court he changed the justice minister.
What you are doing is the typical Czech nature! YOU ARE THE SHEEP HERE! Babis is by far the worst prime minister we ever had, the most corrupt and the least trustworthy. And yeah, I am counting in Topolanek and Necas. Neither of them doubled their net worth in four years they were in power (Babis did, mostly on subsidies from EU and with help from government he runs).
