- External Affairs Minister (EAM) Dr S Jaishankar visited all women market Ima Keithel in Imphal, Manipur on November 27. He is on a three-day visit to Manipur starting on November 26. He received a warm welcome at the Market. Ima Market is a commercial center and popular tourist attraction in Manipur.
“The energy and the entrepreneurship you see here are examples of how 'narishakti' should make its fullest contribution. We should all take inspiration from here,” External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar said.

@@rajgamer5058 it's an age old religion of Kangleipak ( Manipur) founded by Lainingthou Sanamahi ❤ from the time immemorial. In Sanamahism the main God is Lainingthou Sanamahi, Ibudhou pakhangba and Leimarel sidabi ema. But it was stated that king Nongda Lairen Pakhangba who ruled Kangleipak ( Manipur) 33AD was a strict follower of Sanamahism. Its followed by meitei community as well as some indigenous tribe namely kabui ,tangkhul ,etc .But unfortunately in the late 16th century One of the meitei king adopted Vaisnavism and also force his followers to convert Sanamahism into Hinduism.till 17th century to 2000 there was a dark age of meitei community.But now people have knowledge and rectify the past mistake. They took back their own religion Sanamahism ❤. It's completely different from Hinduism
