My lawyers didnt send evidence of the relationship with the i-130 they say they work like that when the spouse lives outside the U.S. and the proof is not the same as when the couple live together. Now after 13 months i'm worried that USCIS ask for an RFE and that could cause a delay

Three days later I received no jail time or anything like that. It was just probation and that was about 10 years ago. My girlfriend has no criminal record and she knows all about it What would be the chances of getting denied for me having an arrest record?
