Paul McCartney was one of the greatest and most versatile singers in rock and pop music. Not only an incredible range but could go from a raucous, Little Richardesque screaming tone in one song to another using the voice of an angel and not even sound hoarse. He would alter his tone and timbre from song to song. An incredible singer. Sadly, he's now lost that but we still have incredible recordings from the 60s and 70s that bear this out.

4:38 That’s higher than Freddie Mercury and Jeff Buckley ever sang.
It drives me absolutely insane that people do not give Paul enough credit as a singer. Obviously everyone knows he’s an amazing singer, but they don’t realize just how great he was.
When people think of singers with great ranges they think of Freddie Mercury and Mariah Carey (I don’t care for her singing but there’s no denying her range is incredible).
Paul had almost an entire octave more than Freddie and had a wider full voice range than Mariah.

Legendary melody, armony and tempo. The vocal's melody is clearly influenced by black singers, motown singers, blues, soul singers like ray charles, little richard, elvis presley, etc., etc. The church, the god's music is on us, the human race. So, any songs based on that, it's gonna be a N1 Hit Song of Billboard 100.

For the record: John harmonises with Paul in verses 3 and 4. I love the way his harmony starts lower than Paul, then jumps to a higher line. It’s instinctive and great.
The ‘aah’s’ in the second verse and bridges are a three-part harmony overdub: Paul high, John middle, George low.

I never picked up on Paul singing, "good evening ladies and gentlemen" on the Fade Out. How did you isolate this so well?

Oye Jude, no lo hagas mal.
Hey Jude, don't make it bad.
Toma una canción triste y hazla mejor.
Take a sad song and make it better.
Recuerda dejarla entrar en tu corazón,
Remember to let her into your heart,
Entonces puedes empezar a hacerlo mejor.
Then you can start to make it better.
    Hola Jude, no tengas miedo.
    Hey Jude, don't be afraid.
Fuiste hecho para salir a buscarla.
You were made to go out and get her.
En el momento en que la dejas debajo de tu piel,
The minute you let her under your skin,
    Entonces empiezas a hacerlo mejor.
Then you begin to make it better.
Y cada vez que sientas el dolor, hey Jude, abstente,
And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain,
No cargues el mundo sobre tus hombros.
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders.
Porque bien sabes que es un tonto el que se lo toma con calma
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
Haciendo su mundo un poco más frío.
By making his world a little colder.
    Oye, Jude, no me defraudes.
Hey Jude, don't let me down.
La has encontrado, ahora ve a buscarla.
You have found her, now go and get her.
Recuerda dejarla entrar en tu corazón,
Remember to let her into your heart,
Entonces puedes empezar a hacerlo mejor.
Then you can start to make it better.
Así que déjalo salir y déjalo entrar, hey Jude, comienza,
So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin,
Estás esperando a alguien con quien actuar.
You're waiting for someone to perform with.
Y no sabes que eres solo tú, hey Jude, lo harás,
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do,
El movimiento que necesitas está en tu hombro.
The movement you need is on your shoulder.
Oye Jude, no lo hagas mal.
Hey Jude, don't make it bad.
Toma una canción triste y hazla mejor.
Take a sad song and make it better.
Recuerda dejarla debajo de tu piel,
Remember to let her under your skin,
    Entonces comenzarás a hacerlo.
Then you'll begin to make it
Mejor mejor mejor mejor mejor mejor, oh.
Better better better better better better, oh.
Na na na nananana, nannana, hey Jude...
Na na na nananana, nannana, hey Jude...
(repetir X número de veces, desvanecerse
