Apple and Blackberry Crumble Crisp WITH A SUPER CRISPY TOPPING

- This English Apple and Blackberry crumble with a super crispy topping no gluggy crumble top !!! This easy fruit crumble recipe is full of flavour and the topping can be made and frozen for later use. Just pop some other prepared canned fruit in a bowl and top with this crunchy topping. Also known as Apple and blackberry crisp in the States :). Once you know how to make crumble topping you can make just about any fruit crumble. In this video, you will learn how to make crumble mix that can be stored in the freezer and used when needed.
Ingredients
Crumble topping
120 grams plain flour
60 grams caster sugar
60 grams unsalted butter
Fruit Base
300 grams Braeburn or cooking apples ( approx 5 medium)
30 grams unsalted butter
30 grams brown sugar
115 grams Blackberries
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Serve with vanilla ice cream custard or cream
When you added the blackberries to the apples on the stock pot....I was drooling...looks amazing Rose
