I will never forget meeting Andre Iguodala years ago in a JC Penny at the mall in Durham NC. He was low key and I didn´t even recognize him at first but a super tall 7-footer who was with him caught my eyesight, then I saw Iggy. Gave him props, kept it cool. Never understood why he was in Durham (when he was playing for the 76ers) and why he was shopping at JC Penny, but it is what it is.
Great job on this episode, Andre and Evan. Congratulations to Andre on an amazing career, and thanks for sharing so much in this interview. And kudos to Evan for doing such a great job conducting the interview and asking good questions.

Idk about Hall of Fame Iggy. Definitely a legendary and uniquely successful career with an Olympic gold medal, finals mvp and being a major part of the Warriors dynasty. But I can’t overlook u just having 1 all start appearance and 0 all NBA selections throughout ur entire career. I will say tho u definitely deserve to have your jersey retired by the Warriors. Anyways congrats on your career and I wish u success on ur next phase of life! ❤️

Iggy ur case for the hall of fame is very similar to Toni Kukoc. U both were integral parts of a dynasty. I’d and say u were slightly more integral cus of the finals mvp 1 more championship and I’d give u the edge over Kukoc in terms of who had the better NBA career. However, Kukoc had a more extensive international resume and ultimately that’s what got him into the hall. I will say tho Iggy u can still solidify ur career by being a coach and making it into the hall that way, but I would be very happy with having my jersey retired by an organization like the Warriors, which I’m sure will happen to you.
