Those cracks were the problem I had, resolder and bling 50 in. Back up that was last month still running and the picture is 40 time better?/win, win, win great vid thanks, now with this knock on wood this will be a great help!

Lo schermo all' accensione evidenziava macchie nere,a volte non visualizzava niente se provavo a collegare l'antenna o una sorgente esterna.

lg 47ln570v-za what could cause a screen to show no picture
When switches on screen flashes bright white and then goes dull white/black
Can not see anything in background just light
All led light up at back and tv is on as buttons on remote make the ir flash red
Just have no picture or sound
Could it be a fault like this or the t con board or maybe led invertor or just not enough power being produced
If I take out 1 side of t con board cables and leave 1 in half the screen will get all lines down one side but does not do it when I remove the put it back in and remove the other side

Thank you for posting this. It helped me diagnose the ZSUS board as the problem. Slightly different than your issue since I dont have cracked solder joints, but the MOSFET's are bad and there is a kit on EBay for 22$ with instructions that will hopefully help me get it working again! Very much appreciated!
my issue is definitely zsus but did the repair kit help you fix you tv? im going through the same problem and saw that kit on ebay and im wondering if i should buy it.
GreenThumbP yes it did help me. Mine is working great. Just make sure you solder the cracked joints on the coils.

bingo, 6 for 6 on the same IGBT's (they are not MOSFETs) being bad. all fuses were OK. A few of the coil joints were cracked. waiting on parts now. Seems the big wholesale houses dont carry the Fairchild FGPF4633, possibly superseded by another part number but still available on Ebay.

Thanks for your video this is very informative. I have the same model LG 60PV250 with the same symptoms, no display, no sound, when i plug it in there is a stand by red light, when i pressed the volume input or home button the light was responding. However when i checked the resistors like you did it doesn't seem blown, burnt or any sort of damage and even any of the component. I've also check the power supply and y main board, it all looks in a good condition. What could possibly wrong with my tv? Thanks mate in advance.
check out the output of the power board is it. 200V. if it is 200v. then check two board y and x. left and right. if not 200v then it's a power board problem. before checking the tensjonin with. multimeter. remove the two cable from the board. left and right. also check the tensjonin 200v power board

Mainboard EEPROM chip (IC505) can only get American replacement from shopjimmy. Doesn`t work on Australian version TV will work for hdmi and inputs just no tuner.

When testing transistors with ohmmeter. What is it I am looking to read for good and bad. I had blown fuse on my board and think I have three bad transistors. You are one of the few I see testing transistors while still in board with multimeter. Just would like better explanation of how you are testing them seeing you don't explain on video. Thanks for the video and help. I got same TV and same cracks on solder joints. Already fixed them and getting replacement fuse that was blown.

And i need to ask.. you use a not the same part number of transistor you pull out? You can use a replacement or compatibles ones.. i ask because i have a sony bravia with one bad transistor and i didnt found a repair kit and the tranisitor from ebay take a month from china. I have several parts from another boards.. how i know i can use a compatible transistor.. you know what i need to see or search for check if it compatible?. @@RepairAllTV omg this is not a transistor and you didnt told me. This is a thrysistor diode. So. I have a 4 led light in kdl55ex620. In some moment the tv power on and shows light 2 second then goes off with 4 led blink.. what you think?

Nice work sir , I have the same problem with my tv , she’s exactly like urs power comes on but got no picture , I tested all those ** 5 ** main fuses those that say * 240 v * . They are fine ... I’ve tested all the mosfets and i have 13 in total that are death and 1 of them is Alf death ... 6 of them is coded RF 2001 , and 8 is coded FGPF 4633 . I will replace all 14 then see if works 👍

super duper hello Sr yes it did work 😊 , I’ve tested and replaced the broken mosfets + the fuse , then bommm I’ve turn power on and the tv is 100% .., but after 3 weeks of working 100% the tv stopped working... the problem is this ... *** the tv turn off by it self , the stand by light is on then I turn power on then she turn of by it self . I need help with this 😭

Hi, One thing you should do is clean the boards up better. Use a can of compressed air or cleaner. If you don't it can cause a fire or short out other parts. Your soldering could be better too. If a technician saw this he would cry. Good repair anyway.
