Is measure 25 the beginning of the development section? Is measure 40 the beginning of the recapitulation section? Are measures 47 & 48 a codetta?
All correct, my friend! Except I would say that measure 26 is the beginning of the development section. Measure 25 serves as a bridge between the repeated exposition and development, mostly to establish that the key is shifting to the relative major. Also note the a codetta features at Picardy third :)
