Yes I do agree a lot he's a nice man and a good role model and I think he did his best film work with the expandabils filming and the group with the expandabils in my own way of thinking was some of his best work for real I loved those films and I hope they come out with some more films like that I was hoping they would make another expandabils film soon

This dude was a phenom when it came to bodybuilding, exceptional physique, every body part fit so great on that 6,2 frame. This is what bodybuilding should be, big ripped perfect size with shape, the old school guys would bust their asses in the gym rather than just depending on gear, the quality of their physique would do the talking. The guys that we see today on Mr Olympia stage can't even hold the jock strap of old school bodybuilders.

I started lifting seriously at 18 years old. Hardgainer but surrounded by a gym community that built me up, believed in me.
At 28 I kept going strong. 50% of my competition moved on or gave up.
38 years old now. 90% have given up. Starting smaller than all the other guys 20 years ago, that is my focus point, that keeps me hungry...never forget. Never quit. Looking forward to the next 10 years, 20 years!!!! Stay strong guys don't peak out at 25.
