I purchased new laptop 1 month ago from HP world store.
Now its not getting On , only flickering screen.
Should i claim warranty OR visit store ?
If it was within seven days of purchase then they might have provided a replacement.
But it's been a month here and I don't think they will provide a replacement in any way
If HP World Store is not too far from your location then you can visit and tell them about the problem if they provide replacement it would be great
Otherwise it will be fine to claim the onsite warranty online.But if they say handover the laptop to us, we will send it to the service center and fix it and handover it to you, Online onsite warranty is better than that
