- Lemon Rice Recipe:
Ingredients:
● Rice - 1/2 KG
● Onion - 1
● Ginger - 1 TSP
● Chana Dal - 2 TSP
● Urad Dal - 1 TSP
● Mustard Seeds - 1 TSP
● Peanuts - 1 Cup
● Coriander Leaves - 3 TSP
● Curry Leaves - 2 TSP
● Hing - ½ TSP
● Turmeric powder - 1 TSP
● Salt - 1 TSP
● Red Chilli - 2
● Green Chilli - 2
● Lemon - 1
● Oil - 1 Cup
Method:
● In a pan heat oil in Medium Flame and add mustard seeds, Peanuts saute well and add Chana dal, Urad dal and let it get light brown color.
● Now add Curry leaves , Ginger, Green chilli and Red chilli saute for a minute.
● Now add Salt and Hing mix well then add Coriander leaves saute well and add Turmeric powder mix well and switch off the flame.
● Then add Lemon juice mix well, toss in the Rice & Mix well.
● Now Lemon Rice ready to serve.
