Hello everyone! I have a question about using the crossout launcher I downloaded from Steam. The launcher has options for downloading and uploading updates via torrent (P2P) as well as using the UTP and DHT protocols. Do I have to worry about possible penalties if I use these features in Germany? Thanks for your help!

The ignorance in the comments...people thanking the devs for not putting PC players in the mix. Used to be on Xbox...switched to PC 3 years ago. I don't think I've ever ran into a cheater on Crossout...if I have it is not noticeable. Also a good controller player can be just as good as a mouse and keyboard player in this game...especially with the aim assist.
Aim assist is actually a nerf its so bad i just turn it off so i can actually aim without my sensitivity being dropped to an 8th of normal while looking in the direction of an enemy

Ah devs trying to increase player count. Cross play between consoles has been out for a bit, but it's only battles, nothing else, not even grouping. All the while PC just sitting over here with ~7k players.
Well if the most cheaters weren't PC then maybe we would care. But you guys on PC have no integrity and always find way to gain a clear advantage. Graphics settings and frame rates are the tools used to gain unfair advantages

We need console and pc crossplay. My and one of my best friends cant play together because I play console and he plays pc😢. A console player can be just as good as a pc player. It will also make matchmaking quicker.
My understanding is that you can't group up, chat, or see their profile either. It's only the ability to have other players in battle, and the exhibition is going to have builds from each. That's it, though.
Im from console and i think aiming in crossout is not that hard, i would want to play with pc players cause console servers r empty cause all new players lobbies like -2499 r full of the most op weapons and toxic old players (basically lupara/borer toxic builds every game) making new players who mostly r kids delete the game after 10 games
This is nice but can firebugs please get a perk? I’m tired of it just being a higher damage flamethrower. It’s a pretty niche weapon with plenty of counterparts, so I think a perk change would do no harm. My suggestion is an increase of damage and flame range by 15% after a kill or assist. stacks up to 3 times. Does not stack with blight cabin (for balance purposes). Affects do not deplete.
Also uranium being exclusively obtained by the top players makes actually playing the game unrewarding. My idea to change that is all participants of clan wars receiving uranium as a reward on a win, while the top performing clans receive a bonus award as it’s already set up. Thank you if you took the time to read this and please consider these changes. These ones are most important to me.
One more thing lol, a relic artillery weapon would be great. I was thinking a napalm based artillery weapon. Love the mandrakes and firebug as you can tell lol
Nice! I'm sure in time PC will come into the fold. Remember this game runs off an original Targem game engine. This isn't copy paste Un real engine. This is enginuity and creativity. Give them time to figure out the coding. Gg everyone. Look forward to seeing all my Xbox friends on the battlefield

Yea, ok but u still lack of players ... I wants to be fight with/against console players on my pc. U can keep the separated market system for them, i dont mind it. U had one job: Allow the matchmaker to put pc and console players in same match.
I believe their initial decision is to group the consoles together is because our player base is much smaller atleast judging by market prices I'd say Xbox is the lowest then PlayStation and PC having the most probably equal or greater then ps and Xbox combined atleast market wise

I would rather they start with console first and see how it works, than them putting PC with consoles and creating a potential disaster with the servers and such. They have said in previous livestreams that they are not against PC vs Console, so it's eventually coming. It's just less risky to work with consoles first.
The input isn't the issue. Putting crossplay on everything wouldn't have high risks as long as they are willing to patch or test things. let's see how long it'll take them to release console crossplay then with pc because I've been waiting years.@@moritsune1502
Tis game is such an unbalanced piece of garbage , the developers let prefix teams fight beginner players with 2 or if not 3000 more ps , using auto aim guns in teams !!! in Heli mode Caucasus and nest are complete sealclub guns.... if u go up in ps u fight other imba guns like parsers, and in tin cw u fight full relic teams , XO is the most unbalanced game u will ever play !!!
This happens in a lot of games that are multi-platform but do not have crossplay. With the playerbases spread out, they kind of have to do matchmaking in an unbalanced way. Hopefully, they add PC to the crossplay so our matchmaking can get better. Or they could make it to where games can start as 4v4, 5v5, 6v6+ with no bots if there's not enough players, instead of it always being 8v8 and randomly throwing in people into a match for the sake of shorter wait times. I'm sure in time, things should improve. I myself am getting tired of unbalanced matches too, Lol
@@onestar1017 That's the thing though, we don't need bots. We don't even need the matches to be 8v8 all the time. They could easily just make it to where if there's not enough to fill 8v8 in a certain timeframe for fast matchmaking, they could make it 4v4, 5v5+, etc without the bots. Others have mentioned limiting the rarity of weapons at certain power scores, which would prevent/reduce the "seal clubbing" the OP is referring to. It could honestly help, but it would have to be done right, otherwise it could make the game feel too restricted. Either way, there's a few ways it could be improved, rather than just "learn how to survive". Just "bending over and taking it" does not facilitate improvements to quality in a game.

Being a Gaijin game we know from experience that Gaijin doesn't have the capacity to do anything about cheaters. Looking at the sesspool that is War Thunder. Sorry PC players, your access to change graphics and frame rates is in fact a form of cheating as console players cannot change these settings. PC lowers graphics causing trees and bushes to not render. Sorry the truth hurts. Consoles and PC should never play together.

Pretty sure the console versions are the ones with cheaters, further supported by both Microsoft and Sony having to crack down hard multiple times in the last 6 months on new ways to try to detect cheating software like Cronus and others.

Umm Levi's are only able to play in Levi wars and in Bedlam. I have never seen a Levi anywhere outside of those 2 modes.
