Please in case of your embassy for some technical reason they failed to give more than 1 4th to their winers their 2N notification letters and today remain just 50 days to the 30th september please they can extend the date for them or what they can do to them?
Dear sir , My case number for dv2024 is just below 1300 for Asia (Colombo) , I filled the DS 260 end of may and my case is current according to September Visa bulletin , So i emailed KCC and they said my case is at the embassy now and they will send 2NL when a number is allocated , today is 21st of August and I feel that I should get 2NL now to have the minimum 6 weeks Gap between 2NL and interview.

I am getting anxious as I have not yet received any email regarding the submission of supporting documents. I have checked the status on CEAC, and there is no information there either. My case number is 10xxx, and I have applied from Iran.

American government fiscal year ends on September 30th and begins in October 1st. So no extensions, and they stand by that.

By always following the visa bulletin. If your case number is below that cut off number in the bulletin, then you are current

If you didn't request email confirmation then you won't receive anything but your DS260 is submitted successfully, don't worry
