Use full availability of runway length. Should trouble arise particularly on takeoff be prepared for whatever remains of runway. Possible emergency abort and braking or ground loop or if to late possibly belly landing on any available terrain. You can’t maintain air speed for maneuver other than nose down with engine out on takeoff.
