the centreback needs to be left footed which Pacho is, so he is perfect for the role we want. I also agree that Bakayoko would be great. I'm ok with Bijlow not being as good as Kelleher. he's hopefully not gonna be needed all that often, although I suspect he gets to play the cup games like Kelleher does. and Alan Verela is fantastic for the price he goes for. I think this would be a great window. I think your mic was muted in the outro, but maybe that was on purpose?

I saw an interview Bakayoko did recently with The Athletic where he openly spoke about his hate for having to do any defensive work or tracking back, big red flag for me.

Riccardo Calafiori as a LCB, can get minutes at LB for now aswell. Perfect Van Dijk replacement.
Matias Soulé, the type of right winger that can get you 10+ goals 10+ assists per season. Perfect Salah replacement.
Since Endo’s our starter short term, we could go big and have our DM rotation sorted for the next decade with Joao Neves and Stefan.
Affordable options: Martin Zubimendi, Alan Varela or Ederson.
Calafiori and Soulé would both be bargains so you’d be able to get Neves with the remaining budget + sales of Kostas, Phillips, Williams and Kelleher. No need to get a Kelleher replacement because Jaros is a great back-up with lots of potential as a 22-year old.
Can’t afford to miss out on yet another generational talent. He’s the type of player we need to go for if we want to compete with the likes of Madrid, City and Arsenal.
Same goes for Musiala if we do end up selling Salah.

But people will discover his potential during the euros, he’s the next big thing, trust me.

Looks like the Calafiori rumors are heating up … but I will say I’m always wary of bringing in Italian players into the EPL. Doesn’t seem to work out.
I don’t see us getting any of those. I just feel ME and RH are plotting signings that are way away from any kind of speculation. Although like yourself I would love to have Varela, my only doubt is that I think a CDM is not a priority this window.
I think CDM is one of our top priorities actually. Endo was good last year but we need a world beating CDM and unless Bacjetic can somehow stay healthy I don’t see anyone on the roster that fits that.
I agree, we should be prioritising a CDM, especially with someone like Varela possibly available, but I just feel ME and co will want to give Bjacetic a chance to make that position his own.
@@Cheqside I would love to see Bajcetic take it on and succeed. He was sooo good before the injuries. Don't forget Barca and Madrid wanted him.

Kelleher is good as a two, but NEVER a Liverpool number 1… Arne doesn’t play with CDM stop the talk… we need a quality box to box midfielder. Hear me out right…. Van Dijk is right footed… konate is there… imagine playing a right footer at LCB and a right footer at RCB, like everyone does on the wings… ps Liverpool DO NOT spend 100 million pounds on anyone, ever full stop.
