Thanks for video, great design.
You could just measure the "spacer" pipe and cut multiple. This would 10 cuts vs, 20 cuts since you had to make 2 cuts at each cross brace.

Thanks for this second video. I took your ideas and plans from this the first time around and built my sleeping platform. Mine went into a mini cargo van, and i built it into an L-shape to give myself sitting area when i wasnt sleeping. Two sections, each 48"x24" with the sliding portion to one section. Fully assembled, the bed is 48"x76". Thanks!
