Hey, Helen it's said oil pulling coconut oil is supposed to whiten your teeth. I have the same water pick it's the best. It makes a big difference.. I like the dog cage, going to Aldi's for the outdoor umbrella!! The Great Peranese were created just for that purpose to be outdoors, and to be very independent. Ms. Journey is so beautiful..

Morning Helen I make my own toothpaste with coconut oil bentonite clay activated charcoal baking soda and peppermint oil it has made a big difference in the color and shin of my teeth I will never by toothpaste again
