Hi Helen your hair has grown out a lot!! So beautiful I am 58 years old and I try to enjoy life best I can these days going to start doing my stepper exercises but very slowly most of the time I try to pile up
My exercises then the next week I am tried of doing them hopefully I will get better at this I had a knee injury that required me to have surgery.. but I’m all good now. I really love all of your videos. Stay blessed and happy Juneteenth 🎉🎉

Wow seems like so much … I wish we had things like this to keep me busy I’m 45 and my kids are getting older so it’s just me trying to figure out what’s next with adult children… I have enjoyed watching this and you look great and most of all happy I love it!!!!
