Left-hand driving is allowed in India only for testing & R&D purposes. I used to occasionally see some UN missions vehicles with a lefthand drive which they had brought under special conditions.
Even if the government allows to import, it is unsafe to drive a left-hand drive in India.

First of all the cars shown in the video are left hand drive and it is simply hard or impossible to import it to India AFAIK. You can only bring them into India on temporary transfer of some weeks and take the car back to dubai.
And you get figures of 5-6 zeros of vitamin M for that process.
