  • ADHD brains do not have the same dopamine levels like everyone else, therefore we are trying to chase that dopamine throughout the day.
    I like to get my free dopamine first thing in the morning as i don't take medication for my adhd and i have found having this routine has really helped.

      These times have really worked for me, but of course are not practical for everyone. It’s good to test out a few times but 7.5 hours is my perfect amount. Yay how exciting! ☺️

    ADHD is like many other things a spectrum. This video might be great for people whose ADHD is not severe. All those tips are not groundbreaking and can be found in typical productivity videos that are not specialized/focused on ADHD. Also, the fact that this is a video targeted at people with ADHD but it is over 20min and so slow and not straight to the point is ironic in itself. And please to anyone: if you have really ADHD and are not one of those people, who self-diagnosed themselves because it is trendy, then take your meds. I needed to try out many different meds until I found the right one. I tried it holistically as well and I almost went insane and almost ended up in some accidents because I wasn't paying attention. ADHD is a real condition and needs to be treated medically - but you can obviously add other habits and strategies to deal with it.

      Yes 100% it is completely different for everyone. This is why the titles is “My Morning Routine”. This works for me and I am sharing my experience for people who are interested. It is absolutely not medical advice or a “must have”. But it worked really well for me.
      I also think it is up to the individual if they want to take meds or not. Some people may find that the holistic route works for them, while others don’t. Thanks for your feedback on the timing, I usually listen to these types of videos with my AirPods on when doing a mundane task like the washing etc so I don’t mind them being a bit longer. Thanks for taking the time to comment ☺️
