    Take sunbath

    • use you first 20 min after waking up into positive things
    • make you bed after waking up
    • be sure to expose yourself to morning sunlight
    • you must always take cold bath
    • do take bath for the sake of bath
    • go to toilet/washroom if you want to go , don't be lazy
    • breakfast - eat energize breakfast
    • plan your day before going to bed in night

    100 agree with all points. It makes a HUGEE difference at work when you make your bed first thing in the morning and keep your room clean. Another thing that helps organizing powers to work for you is the to-Do list. And lastly, dressing up quickly. For this, I have a color code for each day, so I do not have to spend hours thinking what to wear and what to match w what. LOL.

      @Cucker Tarlson I too feel so . When every 🏡 is on 🔥, how can any one 🏡 be safe?
      When whole youth is running behind money and following just whatever-be-rules-rules-ko-maro-goli- somehow-get-the-result policy, how can one youth be so perfect with perfect rules for the day?
      What happens in the event of an emergency? Say somebody some old person of the household fell sick, needs hospitalization..... then?
      For one single person getting into discipline following the said tips is uphill task, to get the whole family to follow suit is a hard nut to crack. Then because of comorbidties, a lot of ppl can't follow all your tips, it's only for the already fit without disease but in shape of adrak 🥔

    I had watched that video about making our bed and I have been following it for a long time. It really makes a big difference. Also when I wake up I don't use my phone, first I take a bath eat and then I take my phone out of the drawer and use it. Really both of these make a lot of difference.

    I practice intermittent fasting for 25 yrs now (since high school), I don't eat breakfast. I only eat something in the morning if I'm hungry which is 10-11am. I didn't feel those coz I do my yoga with an empty stomach. I think it depends from person to person 🙏💜

      I think these are things we used to do during our school days - polish the shoes, check that the uniform is ready, sharpen the pencils, ensure that the books required according to the next day's time table are already in the school bag, etc. These days people have become used to procrastinating things till the last minute, something which starts as soon as we enter college as per my observation.

    The thing is, everyone knows these things.. but still no one follows..we are very comfortable with our so called 'routine'. Actually people doesn't know the consequences of these bad habits, how it can affect life on a long term basis. I see many people (age 30-45) who are very unhealthy, suffering from various diseases.

    1:51 thank you so much when I have 1 hours or more break in my online class I sleep and considently many time I woke after 10-15 minutes and then I try to sleep and I can't sleep and after that I see clock I see my time is over now and i get so mad and cry and fell guilty and blame my mother and brother and hole day I feel tired and like very bad from inside so once again thank you so much

    1. Water as much I wanted
    2. Champi with Navratna
    3. Stretching for 5 min
    4. Breathing
    5. Walking in open environment before sunrise talk to nature in a positive way😁
