Just use a paper plate. Push the beater rods through a paper plate, preferably the larger size plate, and use the plate as a bowl cover while using your hand mixer. Also, some mixing bowls come with a lid that's meant to be used as a cover for a hand mixer.

We melted the chocolate, added it to the double cream, also added a bit of chocolate protein milk and left it in the freezer overnight (we whipped everything for a few minutes first). It tastes exactly like store bought ice cream, and it was so good

I wish there was heavy whipping cream in my country It'd have been much cheaper to make it at home than to buy it from stores, but we only have low fat cream in markets everywhere Love your recipes tho
