  • In life too many things confront you at the same time.
    Things like unexpected setbacks, and criticisms from your own allies.
    Under the influence of these setbacks, there's a danger of responding emotionally.
    Different states such as fear, depression or frustration manifest themselves as a result.
    When we experience such setbacks and intense emotional states,
    we often wish there was some kind of antidote that would free us from our negative state,
    and give the control back to us.
    Something that would help us deal with our problems more effectively by freeing us from the negative pull of our emotions.
    SO what is that antidote?
    Well it is a strong mind that can resist such an emotional pull and stay present to the moment.
    Allowing the person to stay active and alert, even in the most tense situations.
