this was my first time trying this style on myself
this style took about 5 hours
i used 3 packs of expressions prestretched hair the 3 in 1 pack. 52”

Gurlllll I was the same way a year ago they looked good for my first time but now they even better😍💪🏽 and all I use is the rubber band method and now I just need to practice on doing it without the rubber bands I also wanna try knotless braids on myself as well! The more you practice the better you get trust me💪🏽💯
Saved $200 doing them myself and didn’t have to deal with these unprofessional braiders just off of this tutorial was a huge plus.
For anyone wondering: she did 3 in the first row 4 in the second 8 inda 3rd 4 in the 4th 2 in the 5th 3 in the 6th and 2 inda 7th row and 3 in the last row (thank me later 💖)

Baby when I tell you I’m still learning lmao but I achieved the goddess locs n the box braids w the curls (which I watched her video to achieve that style) it looked so good my advice is to go for it I finally did n I wasn’t disappointed when I first try something I make sure I do it twice to get better

set up something that works for you.. where you can really see . maybe one mirror infront of you and one behind . I could see my parts in the mirror infront of me , i had my phone set up on my ring light behind me and i could see the screen! thank youuu though❤️

This tutorial was the best I've seen on the technique because it was easy to follow from start to finish, and you're doing it yourself. Some people only show a few braids but I appreciate you showing the whole process. I'm going to try this parting technique and hopefully get the same results.

I really like how after she started braiding her real hair instead of grabbing the hair she stretched it tight with the other hand and gave it to her gripped hand on her head that's my hard time when I do mine. I'm going to try this technique I wonder will she upload one with her showing in depth hand movement. Y'all lets run these view up so she can get a more camera's lol.

For this being your first time styling knotless braids in your hair, you did an awesome job!! I tried like two knotless braids in my hair but they didn’t come out right so I just styled regular small box braids. I’ll try again next time.
